Music playing at the right frequency to unwind after a long days work. The place was clean. I walked into a spotless treatment room that was private, quiet and inviting. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Plus when I entered the treatment room there was a delicately placed rose on the bed (while it was faux) I still found it to be a nice touch. Now for the best part my masseur was AMAZING!!! I got 60 minute table massage and a 30 minute foot massage. Both equally relaxing and rejuvenating from head to toe. We got ready, and Tom and Mary came in. I'm currently pregnant so they DID make accommodations for me (they want you to lay on your belly) they give you support pillows until you're "just right". To the business owner's credit, she called me within five minutes apologizing and offering a free massage. She was very understanding and professional. (If I hadn't received such a prompt, professional, and kind call from Stephanie, this would be a one star review.) We don't have many massage options in Oak Ridge and my past experiences with Oak Ridge Sports & Therapeutic Massage were fine, so I will probably try them again.
