When we first came in, we were a little nervous because we both had Never been to one of these things before. So we didn't really know what to do, or to expect. We got ready, and Tom and Mary came in. I'm currently pregnant so they DID make accommodations for me (they want you to lay on your belly) they give you support pillows until you're "just right". It was hard to tell my Body to relax considering a stranger was touching me. Lol. But after about 10-20 minutes in, I was able to calm fully down and relax. They massaged everywhere. Got all my Muscle Knots in my back and neck out. She also massaged my Calves- Which was AMAZING (which are running rampant with leg cramps right now due to pregnancy. Haha!) The hand and foot massage were absolutely Spectacular. So firm and yet gentle at the same time! The bathrooms and rooms were super clean!! It smelled fresh and organic there, my Husband and I really liked the experience. THE HOT ROCKS MADE ME DROOL HAHAHA!! Mary was very professional with asking if I was okay with it before proceeding.
