I specifically called in advance to request information on the Morpheus8 procedure, and specifically asked about pricing- if it's not within my range I wouldn't even bother coming in for a consult after all. I was quoted several amounts - amount per-procedure for face only, face + neck, just lower third, and then a package of 3 treatments. The pricing was acceptable to me so I booked a consultation which I would pay $50 for- which would go to my treatment. Sounded great. I showed up, did the consult, and the prices were off from what I was told on the phone by $300. I don't know what the breakdown in communication was but I am definitely very annoyed that I drove 30 minutes each way for a 20 minute consultation where I was told vastly different pricing. I wouldn't have even bothered coming in, to be honest, and it felt a bit like a bait and switch. Not a great experience and I'm out $50 that I'll likely never use at this practice. read more

I purchased a Groupon for this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. It's been nearly A YEAR trying to get in contact with the supervisor at this location over a face infection they caused where I had to take 3 trips to the ER. Every time I call I always get forwarded to their call center who always takes down a note to send them with a callback number, OR they finally answer and they say the supervisor isn't there. Not ONE call back from over 30 calls. I've even sent them emails. I even used their text Help line and haven't even received any response from that too. They are deliberately ignoring me. I tried to resolve it peacefully, sent them documentation, as they requested, and they completely ghosted me. They do not care about solving this issue. Beware of getting treated here! read more

I find that this business lures people in from Living Social "Deals" then states they can't use the product you purchased as its's not suitable for what you need. Then they tell you that you need another product that ends up costing you almost a $1,000.00 that you insisted dissipates in a very short time. What I purchased from Living Social I have had injected over 7-8 times without any problems, however the product they sold me that I informed them doesn't last in my system dissolved in less than 3 months. I went back to use a Living Social Botox Special which again they wouldn't accept because I'm not a new customer. I again informed the doctor that the product I warned him about that he injected was dissolved, his answer was to inject more. Really? The one star is given as the staff is very nice and efficient , but the doctor needs to stop being greedy and LISTEN to the patient and their history on the products they've used. read more
