What: this is a school so all services are provided by students and the teacher comes over to check their work during and at the end. Service: Apres gel-X set for my daughter. Cost: $22.00 plus tip Time: ~4 hours 45 minutes. Yeah. They warn you it will take 3-4 hours, but I didn't expect this. Started at 10:15am and left at almost 3pm. This is the earliest appointment time. Quality: not 100% professional since they are students, but they did do a pretty good job. I will need to edit my review when I go back, because my phone accidentally ate my photos from this magical little place, I only have a few. I am not a cosmetic services type person-i can count on 1 hand about how many manicures I've ever had, haven't had my hair professionally altered besides cut many times, and don't do much that involves aestheticians etc. I decided to do something unusual and nice for myself before a big festival I was working, and got a gel manicure with glittery silver polish. I feel terrible because I forget who did my nails, but know Devyn did my manicure newbie partners. I hadn't had gels before, and she explained the whole process to me. I got an upgrade service to make them last longer and was glad I did. We were there for about an hour, the environment was simply and clean, they had vending machines, comfy chairs for us to sit in, and we were seated with our students promptly. The lady next to me got hot pink tips and they looked great. For a first time gel experience and my partners first manicure ever, they made the whole experience wonderful and everyone was kind and professional. Also getting gels for the 2 weeks they lasted helped me not pick at my nails, and when the polish came off my nails had grown out the most they have in years. I will definitely be back read more

I'm surprised that people rated this place so highly. I understand it's students and the nails are not going to be perfect but the girl who did mine did a terrible job. I felt like the instructors were not even paying attention. My daughter and I both got a full set. My nails were so lumpy and all different sizes I had to go home and file/reshape them. The instructor barely glanced at my nails when she was done. My Daughters nails were a little better then mine but not that great. I think the instructors need to pay more attention and give more pointers. read more

Look the service was great the girl was extremely nice and I take full responsibility because I wanted to do cheap. Everything is clean but I didn't get lucky with the nail technician. She was so sweet and I felt horrible to even say anything to her. Or the teacher because I'm not sure why I normally don't ever hold back. But it took almost 3 and a half hours to do my nails. Lord was I feeling anxious and not relaxed. Secondly she did the layer so thick as well. I needed up going to my nail lady and she told me they didn't even removed the arcylic correctly because I had black spots on my nails. The pedicure was good can't complain it too took forever and I was cramped from how still I was sitting. I posted two pictures the one outdoors is after my nail lady fixed it versus the second one. I had a fantastic experience, a Prestige nail School. The staff was fantastic. The students were great. I had so much fun with the techs while they were doing my nails. The techs are truly talented and I highly suggest going there to get your nails done or your toenails done. It's wonderful. It was a much needed boost for me. It cost me about $40 to get tips and toes done. I can't complain. And I definitely will be back. I am writing this review as a client. I am aware that services are done by students. The appointment times aren't very convenient to those who work corporate days/hours but the students are very nice and pay close attention to detail. I asked the person at the front desk how long it would take for a basic pedicure and was told it would take about an hour, but it was closer to 2. Not the student's fault by any means-the front desk personnel should over quote the time just in case. At the end of my pedicure, someone came to clean up the polish, but I didn't think anything needed to be touched up. But I do appreciate the instructor coming out to do that. They thanked me countless times for being patient, which was also appreciated. Remember to tip in cash. read more

I received a gel pedi and an acrylic full set from Sabrina Rose, and wow, she sure knew what she was doing! My pedicure was better than pedicures that I have gotten at a standard nail salon. Love this place. Despite the tech's are still students or on in training, they are good. And they are taught the right way. Following the right procedures, the teachers are always around checking on their work. One of my favorite students is Kimmie, she did a cat eye for my toes, there's another male student, Thanh, he is the best in doing dipping nails, way better than the licensed or professional nail tech at salons I frequent. I decided to treat myself and get my hands and feet done. I don't always go to nail salons, but this winter has been so cold that I needed a little TLC. I contacted the salon to book an appointment and was assigned to Karen. I later found out I could book her directly, and I definitely will! She had the stations ready when I showed up, and she quickly set me up and told me the process. Everything was clean and sterile, which is big for me. She worked quickly and made me feel comfortable during the mani and pedi. She let me know of the polish or buffing options, and I chose buffing since i dont like polish on my nails. I'm not sure if it was the instructor or owner who came around to check the work, but she was so nice and even brought me some chocolate during the service. When I finished up, Karen shared her booking info with me so I could schedule it again. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back to have Karen do my nails again. read more
