I felt like crap because I was severely hungover, and she was super cool and understanding about it and didn't make me feel judged. (I looked like I just died so it was definitely appreciated!) So happy I decided to give this place a try, I really wanted gel x done and I'm glad they offer it. I was able to get a same day appointment and the price of the gel x is less than 2 places near by ;) Reese did my nails, she was so kind. She did a wonderful job cleaning up m cuticles and a great job with my French design. The owner was also there and was very welcoming. I will definitely be going back, hopefully soon for a pedicure. I'm a big supporter of small businesses and I feel like this feedback could help them for the future because I know that they just opened last week. I have never heard of a manicure where they don't cut your cuticles even my toenails are rough around the edges. My hands were never soaked just filed and painted . I usually walk out with smooth cuticles. I came in for the $50 special where you get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Staff is super friendly but at the end of the day I'm paying to get my nails done and the service was not good. I don't pamper myself often so when I do I'm just looking for some time to relax. They perform your manicure while you're getting a pedicure so you don't really get to relax. Your hands have to both be at one side the whole time and it's kind of uncomfortable. We were 15 mins late to our 2:15pm (literally walked in at 2:31pm) appointment today and walked into an empty nail salon... they ended up canceling our appointment (understandably since we were late and isn't the issue), they also lied and said they tried calling but neither of us have any registered calls. The part that got us upset is that they charged us $25, and said they couldn't take us because they were booked right after, which is a lie because we tried to book again and see if they had any availability and it was all open bad service and obvious that the techs are more interested in talking among themselves and charging money without having to actually work. Looked up nail salons near me on my way home as I just need a gel removal on my toes. Walked in asked for a gel removal on my toes, would've been happy to wait knowing I walked in. There was one person getting their nails done and another tech with no clients. Store was completely empty & she asked me if I had an appointment then proceeded to tell me they were "fully booked for the day". For a service that takes 15 max 20 minutes with soaking them makes no sense. "By appointment only" should be added to the hours or description on maps/yelp so other people don't waste their time. Never had a completely empty nail salon tell me they were "too booked" to take me before, very frustrating. read more

Im normally not the type to complain. I went here on Sunday the 6th to get a full set. My Cuticles was never clips nor cleaned up. My nails look at HOT MESS tomorrow will make a week. I normally wear my nails at least 3-4 weeks before fills! My Acrylic was not laid correctly Super THIN! I currently have no topcoat which is gel on my nails. it all chipped away. I have one nail lifting, With chips on the side of All my nails now. I paid way to much money for a service i do not like. I have never had service like this before. The Rhinestones are all gone now. Chelsea is the best; I have been going to her for the past two months and my nails are the longest and strongest they have ever been.

I normally don't write reviews but my experience wasn't the greatest this time. I got the deluxe pedicure with gel polish expecting it to be great as I have gotten one from here before. However, the tech i got this time barely cleaned up my toes and my feet still look like I need a pedicure. The last time i left with my feet feeling super soft and clean, so i was hoping for the same result. For how much I spent specifically for gel polish and callous treatment, it's not worth it. My feet were very lightly scrubbed during the "callous treatment" which my feet still very much feel the same before I went in according to my husband. As for the gel polish, there are visible gaps in which my nail isn't correctly polished. I won't be coming here again unfortunately it does take one bad experience to ruin it for me. I give it 3 stars because the last time i went i did very much enjoy my experience. read more

I ALWAYS book with Chelsea, very genuine person, great vibes, very patient with my L.O, considering she squirms around or messes up her nail polish after a few minutes Lol.... It sucks that the reviews are what they are, I've always seen an employee wipe down/sanitize before and after my services and most definitely never had an issue with the customer service received from anyone. If you want to give beginner nail techs a shot and pay the same as you would at an experienced shop then i guess this is the place to go because the lady had no clue, she missed some prepping steps before doing my nails. I received the worst experience from the nail tech doing my pedi. She didn't not introduce herself or even told me the she was the one going to do my pedi. I did say hello because I do work in the beauty industry where I know no matter what you should give excellent customer service in order to make the client a returning client.
