First of all this place is the absolute worst when it comes trying to build a relationship with a technician because you're never going to get the same technician even if you get their business card they'll never be there again. Anyway so on this particular day that I went which was a couple weeks ago, there is only two technicians in there a man and a woman the woman was already in the midst of a client so I had to go with him. I asked him what his name was trying to start a conversation with him and he wanted to act like he couldn't understand me but he could understand everything else I was asking for but he couldn't understand me asking for his name. So whatever anyway the whole entire time he's doing my nails he's actually more preoccupied with placing bets on his phone. A fill for very short nails no polish no clear gel was 50. I would've gotten color but I got a new job and didn't know if I am able to wear color . Idk if that's the price nowadays but to me that seemed high. Then the tech literally only filled the cuticle area and didn't go to the tip. The nail looked like a mountain and the tip was literally my nail with no acrylic. I could've bumped my nose and it would've broke. All the nails looked like that. He said "I filled" I said "when did it stop being filled to the tip so it looks even?" He said something under his breath and started to do what I asked. They still aren't evenly shaped. Also he left a blue piece of something on my nail after he put the acrylic on and didn't even sand it off or the all the previous nail polish off. There wasn't anyone in there but one person but I didn't think anything of it until now. He stood at the counter and left when I went to pay. Then when he seemed like it felt long because I had to unlock my card and use the restroom. He came to peek in but didn't come in. When I went to my car he stared at me til I left. As soon as I left the drive way he left back in. Cigarette was never smoked. He profiled me. It wouldn't matter how much money I have, I'm still going to ask why a fill for short acrylics with no gel and no polish be 50. it's my fault for not asking first as I haven't gotten my nails done from anyone in over 2 years. I don't know what the new rules or prices are so this could very well be a normal price . But to not actually fill the nails to their entirety was weird to me. And never once raised my voice , and said please and thank you throughout the experience. I didn't even tell them about all the imperfections I just wanted to be gone . When I first went in I told them what I wanted and all was fine.My appointment was at 10am...He puts the acrylic on then stops doing my nails to paint someone else's.Now it's 11:30 I'm getting my feet done (nails still aren't finished) she (older lady that does the feet)already new my simple line foot design because she took a picture of it with her phone..When I told her I didn't want gel she then says oh I can't do it!!! Like what why not??? I can't do it regular same simple lines but if you pay $15 more for gel and extra $10 for the lines I can't do it....I was so pissssed I've never had a shop tell me what they can't do with with regular polish but hey give me more and I'll do it...Very unprofessional...After that he finally finishes my nails he did a great job I will say. *Poor service *Sterilization hazards *nail technicians that don't know their products *unprofessional (talking on phone gossiping to each other in mandarin) *rushed work Had scheduled an appointment and arrived on time but wasn't started till 50minutes later. I had told my nail technician that I have an acrylic allergy and would like a gel full set as advertised on their website but was told they don't do poly gel and was recommended dip gel. The night of getting my nails done I had a really bad reaction and had to rip them off myself.The following day a pice of my skin fell off and I'm still trying to recover from the reaction. I did some research to see what may have cause my reaction and turns out dip gel has acrylic in it and I just wished my nail technician was more knowledgeable in his products because this is very painful and a waste of money, not to mention how the dip product he was using on me was definitely not sterilized and he just had me dip my unwashed fingers in the big product multiple times and dust the remaining back into the same container. I could deal with poor service and rushed work but if a licensed nail technician doesn't even know whats in their own products then they shouldn't be licensed. read more

Not sure if google deleted my review or the owner but: I'm not the type to leave reviews, this is my first review ever. I would like to say, that the lady that did my nail is sweet, nothing wrong with her customer service at all. My friend and I were not aware that they closed at 10 or 11pm, since google did say 24 hours (but we should have double checked their site itself because it did seem odd). I've never had a problem or ever disliked my nails anytime I get them done else where, i'm back in town and my friend and I decided to spontaneously get our nails done last minute while we were out. I am unhappy with the end result, I could have asked her to remove it right there and then but they were already practically closing so i had decided to just go back the next morning of which I did. I emphasized how unhappy | was with the end result and wanted a refund, I tipped, and said they could keep the tip and removal service I just want the gel service refunded. The lady that helped me up front offered to redo my nails and fix it but of course this being my result from the previous night is not a very good first impression, thus I did not want anything else done in that place and went to my usual tech that fortunately had an opening that morning. I asked for a refund and was told I can't get a refund due to the fact that the lady that did my nails worked over time so they wont be able to do a refund. Because they took in walk ins knowing how long it would take near closing? Not only that, never have I ever heard of that being a reason to be denied a refund. I absolutely loved this place as the staff were all so nice and sweet with me. I will say, the inside is very clean and neat and the cute pop music in the background made my experience more comfortable and enjoyable. My only reason for four stars is that my little butterfly design came off 3 hours after being put on. Not only that, but I felt so bad for the sweet woman doing my nails as she was shaking so bad. If you decide to come here I recommend making an appointment instead of walking in as well. It gets you in faster and before any walk-ins. I asked for short nails and he wouldn't go shorter, then when i asked i went to pay total someone else charged me after asking them what i got and he said they charged me for longer nails and argued with me about it and the total ended up 75 for a SHORT french tip. my cuticles are cut and during my service 2 other people complained to them about similar stuff. i also asked for clear pink nail polish over clear acrylic and he gave me pink acrylic instead. They also don't pay attention to details like painting the tip of the nails. read more

Leaving the gym decided to get a pedicure here since it was close. Called ahead and made appointment, when i walked in notice not a single customer was here on a Sunday. For me it is kinda nice lol. I asked for a Gel Pedi French tip, so far everything is going smooth. Nice massage chair and the lady is very nice and doing a good job. My only complaint is that there is a fly in here going crazy. I hated to ask but I was like... "um do you guys have a fly swatter? This fly keeps landing over here." And the lady just swats at the air. I'm like ok.... So no solution to the fly problem you just have to endure flies bugging you cool. During my French tip I asked it she could put a second coat of white at the top, a lot of the nail techs I go to usually will do that to ensure they won't chip. And the lady told me no she couldn't. Since I always do French tip I just know it was lazy. We finished the pedicure and overall was just ok, she didn't massage the legs or feet at all and that's one of the best parts. So yea overall will never come back. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you like flies and lazy workers. read more

I decided after a month of having naked nails it was time to get back my nail game. I didn't want acrylics again because they had been so damaging (hence a month with naked nails). I decided to give Xtreme Nail spa a try since the offered Gel-X nails & were Close by. I was greeted quickly and waited less than 5 minutes. I explained to the technician Jenney that I wanted Gel X and that it was my first time with that service. I let her know that my natural nails had previously been very damaged by acrylics and she assured me she would be gentle and to let her know if at any point there was any discomfort. I showed her a picture of the same and style I was looking for. She nailed it out of the park (pun intended). She also let me know that they have a 7 day guarantee if anything should happen or I was unhappy (I've never had any nail salon tell me that). Please keep in mind, great mail services should not be cheap (been there, done that, have the damaged nails to prove it). The pricing is on par with other reputable salons in the area. I can honestly say, it was well worth the money. The time, effort, and quality of her work was wonderful. I couldn't be happier. read more

It wasn't the worst manicure, but the end result is very uneven at the cuticles, and my nail technician was super rough with the every board while removing my prior gel. I was surprised there was any nail left, and I suspect the grow out will leave me with flaking nails for quite some time. The man doing pedicures seemed to have happy customers though. First and last time coming to this place. I came in wanting acrylic overlay on my toes but left with only gel on my toes because they refused to do it due because "you don't need that" . They also choose your shape when you get short nails. I asked for gel polish on my full set and they went ahead and did acrylic powder instead because the pink I choose was too light??? Like yes! ZERO STARS!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Let me tell you, I came here for a simple gel full set! I requested a certain length, my technician (male, probably mid 30's) suggested a longer length for the design I had chosen. I said okay and proceeded with the acrylic application. Once the acrylic was applied I advised him they were still too long and asked if he would cut them down a bit which he agreed. Once all of the nails had been cut down, I noticed that the thumbnails were a bit shorter than I liked, and this is where the problem began. Initially only one thumb was too short. However, he quickly cut down the other thumb, making them both too short. After a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth, we came to a point of taking both thumbs off and redoing them to the proper length, however, once it was time to cut the thumb to the length I preferred I was told he would prefer to take the entire set off, then to cut my thumbs to the length I was requesting, because somehow that was me telling him how to do nails. With that I was told that he was removing my nails and not providing me any services. Do not go to this salon if you have any other option and even then, personally I would rather go without nails than to come back here!!! read more

Absolutely awful! Made an appointment for my daughter and I to have a pedicure and fill. Upon arrival had to tell them at least 6 times what we needed! Pedicure was blah barley did anything so incredibly basic was definitely not worth the $30! We have had other pedicures for $30 that included hot towel an actual massage none of that was done. My nails were supposed to be ombré they are just paint faded. They are way shorter than I asked and not the almond shape I had! They are also thick clunky can feel the edge of my regular nail under it. The cuticles have glue/powder all over them not cleaned up. My daughters nails are worse with bare spots all over! If I could give this place zero stars I would so let's start in the beginning. The day before my appointment I called to make one for 9:30 in the morning. When I first entered the building I noticed two of the women that work there were not wearing masks even though there were customers in there that was strike one for me. When I told the guy that I had a appointment he sent me over to this woman. Now he was really nice and had my appointment been with him this would probably be a totally different review. From the moment I sat down it seem like the woman had an attitude and my appointment did not go as countless others had in other establishments. Everything was rushed, at the beginning of doing my nails she told me that my nails were cost $75. But honestly I can tell you these nails are not worth a quarter and they should be put out of business. Several things did not happen that normally happened when doing nails. She did not file next to my cuticle so my cuticles are flooding. She did not filed them down properly and even put acrylic on the inside of my nails and the inside of my nails look horrible like the picture I'm going to post below. Nails are not all the same shape and they look bulky. She didn't even allow me to wash my hands to get rid of the saw dust after filing them she just hurried up and put nail polish on them and rush me out the door.
