Let me start by saying I didn't even finish the pedicure. If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I 1000000% would. This was by far one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had at a nail salon for a pedicure, which I am not that picky about when it comes to down to it but I left with my right foot in pain as the worker decided to go in with a handheld callus remover file on my foot RAW with no product (ex.cuticle softener, etc) then proceeds to scrub over multiple times on my right foot then my left foot she THEN adds product and do that foot then tried to go back to my right foot again to re-scrub my foot with product after doing it raw which at that point I stopped the service as my foot was in pain and I felt burning all over my right foot. I'm sorry I really am.. but i've been coming here just for gel pedicures or sometimes a full set and i've been so disappointed 90% of the time. it's so close to me which makes it convenient and I keep giving them another shot but I will not return here. I have been going here for more than 2 years now. Once I found it I won't go anywhere else. They take their time. They are accommodating. They are patient. I took my daughter for her 1st pedicure/ manicure and she honestly was really struggling with the pedicure. It was actually almost embarrassing. I thought the guy would just give up and be done with the pedicure. But he stuck it out, stayed patient with her. And my daughter ended up doing great with him. No one ever does my ingrown nails. Unless I ask. They always take care of it. I love this place. And will continue to go here. I went somewhere else (with 4.9 stars) once when they were booked for the day. And 100000% regretted it. I will never do that again. Prestige is the place to be. Only suggestion I'd have is to turn the music up louder. read more

Glad I came into this nail salon. Come in on a Monday Only a lady and myself were in the salon. Very clean which is good. Wouldn't want to come into a salon that they don't clean. I was glad they had a lot of gel colors to select. Very nice employees..reasonable prices I will be returning here. read more

My cousin comes here a lot to get her nails done and recommended it to me. I had planned on getting acrylics for the first time before my birthday/conference trip (as I had heard some not so good things about gels). They were able to get me in without an appointment. The girl I was with didn't speak much English so I didn't get a chance to ask her about aftercare (like the quickest way to get them off) and wasn't sure how long I was supposed to leave them under the lamp. I think I had one of my fingers bleed, but that was my own fault. An hour and $26 later and my nails looked great, just the length I wanted them. Overall, I'm not sure if I'd get my nails done again (as I didn't like how weak and brittle they were for months afterwards), but if anyone asks for manicure suggestions I would definitely recommend Prestige as the one to go to read more

Rude cheap place. Came in on a Saturday afternoon to just do a quick manicure clean up, no color or anything just 15 mins tops. I've never had anyone turn me away for this. The man got weird about it probably because it wouldn't make him a whole lot of money? It was practically empty and he said they could do it in 15 minutes. So I went next door and came back in 15 like he said. The same man started stuttering over his words he was so nervous and suddenly said they couldn't do it for another hour...there were literally 3 workers sitting on their phones and reading magazines...are you kidding?! Annie gave me a wonderful pedicure and waxing. The place is CLEAN and inviting. The price is about 5% higher than what I have been paying elsewhere but well worth it. I recommend a reservation especially on the weekend when the place is crowded with walk-ins. read more

I've been going to this place for 6 months. since my regular lady of 13 years moved out of state. The place is very clean and the prices are good. The only problem is the lady that does my nails her attitude or lack of is a problem. I ask for a nail color and she gives me colors that aren't even close to what I ask for. DON'T GO HERE!!!!! Seriously the WORST mani/pedi I have ever had!!!!!!! All my nails are uneven, and so short! Plus the gel started to peel off the next day. And, I dont even know if she was looking when she was doing my pedi. It doesnt look like it! I have never been so unhappy with my nails. I put one star because I had to. Great experience today, my new favorite salon in Albuquerque. The space was very clean and nicely decorated. A quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I took my daughter with me to get a Mani-pedi, she just got a pedi. The woman that she had didn't speak or understand English. There was more polish on her toes than there was on her toenails. My manicure was horrible. First she took a big chunk out of my cuticle and the Polish bubbled so bad it looked awful. I also asked for a design on my ring finger and my big toe. I got the non English speaking woman for that. I told her, NO FLOWERS, I got flowers. I called and said I wanted my money back for all but my pedi. They said no. They would redo it if I wanted to come back. I got it because I'm going out tonight. I don't have time to go back. Now I either have to wear this embarrassing mess until I have time to go back or take it off and just forfeit $72.00. I will never go back to them and I urge everyone to stay away. read more
