I'm sorry but this should not be a $45 pedicure

I'm sorry I really am.. but i've been coming here just for gel pedicures or sometimes a full set and i've been so disappointed 90% of the time. it's so close to me which makes it convenient and I keep giving them another shot but I will not return here. My pedicure has pooling of the polish all around the base of my cuticle and it looks clumpy and uneven, it's even smudged at the top :(

They were great ! I got a soak off and a full set was only charged $70 and the lady I had was super cool. The place is so cute with all the greenery

    Lots of seating

Glad I came into this nail salon. Come in on a Monday Only a lady and myself were in the salon. Very clean which is good. Wouldn't want to come into a salon that they don't clean. I was glad they had a lot of gel colors to select. Very nice employees..reasonable prices I will be returning here.

My cousin comes here a lot to get her nails done and recommended it to me. I had planned on getting acrylics for the first time before my birthday/conference trip (as I had heard some not so good things about gels). They were able to get me in without an appointment. The girl I was with didn't speak much English so I didn't get a chance to ask her about aftercare (like the quickest way to get them off) and wasn't sure how long I was supposed to leave them under the lamp. I think I had one of my fingers bleed, but that was my own fault. An hour and $26 later and my nails looked great, just the length I wanted them. Overall, I'm not sure if I'd get my nails done again (as I didn't like how weak and brittle they were for months afterwards), but if anyone asks for manicure suggestions I would definitely recommend Prestige as the one to go to

No comment! I went there and I told them to cut toenails short. Instead my toes look like a manicure.

I took my daughter for her 1st pedicure/ manicure and she honestly was really struggling with the pedicure.

Grateful that they were able to take me and my partner for gel pedicures! Tv was playing Jeopardy and then Wheel of Fortune (love!), the tech doing my pedicure was a little rough on my big toe (semi-ingrown toenail situation) but my skin didn't bleed, unlike at some other salons. I was overall grateful for the digging underneath the top of the nail to get out the gunk. Good selection of colors for both gel and regular polishes. The tech checked in with me periodically through the pedi to make sure I was ok (did I want my nails shorter, if I liked the color, was the water temp ok...the usual questions). Location and parking is very easy and plentiful, I'll definitely be back!

So I figured have full pedi they would do better. I told them then that build up of gel needed removed like any other place I have gone. Apparently that is not the way they do it I was told. I told them to soak off the old gel and they looked like I was crazy. They did try but still did not get the gel off. I thanked her for trying but said the gel was still there. I finished pedi so another layer. I even told them about gel removable that's easy that I have seen used before. Bottom line they do not remove old gel before applying more. Just take top layer off and keep going. I will not be back. Can't even imagine build up on your fingernails.

If she's not there, no nails will be done! Ha! So, she needed to get her nails done because one was coming off. I tagged along for a pedicure. I made an appointment with whoever was available. When we got there, we both checked in and I headed for the bathroom. It was clean. Mom's nail tech was running behind so we waited. After a while they had me sit in a pedicure chair, while Mom still waited. The place is bright & airy. And even though it was quite busy, it didn't feel like we were packed in their like sardines. The woman completing a pedicure for a customer in the chair next to me asked me some questions to keep me engaged. Finally, I got a male tech. Mom said she though he was one of the owners or something. Either way, I didn't wait terribly long. He was a professional. Asked me if I was ticklish, which I am. He also worked around my healing, broken pinky toe. I'm sure I'll be back when visiting Mom and she has an appointment.
