Worst manicure ever. Getting married Sunday and wanted to get french tips. The woman who helped me didn't even have the courtesy to clean under my nails. I asked her to file only and she still Cut my thumbnails. Got gel nails and it took over an hour. When i saw the results, i was livid. She had put so many layers and they were uneven. Had the owner remove everything and she still charged for a manicure. I agreed and paid, only to see my uneven, poorly filed nails. With horrible cuticle trimming. They offered to fix it later, but i will not return to this salon. read more

When I walked in I asked how much for a manicure and a pedicure and I was quoted $65. I picked out a polish and it was so thick the man doing my nails was struggling with it. I made several comments about the quality of the polish only to be ignored. When my nails were done they looked horrible and I asked to have my cuticles trimmed he claimed he did but he didn't and I pointed that out, again only to be ignored When I went to pay the bill I was charged 90.10$ a far cry from 65. When I asked about the high charge her perfect English suddenly was very poor. I will never be back and I don't recommend this place to any one! read more

I didn't want to have to do this but it's so hard to believe what I went through today at this salon. Walked in and asked if they did dip nails and if they had time. She said she did so she had someone else start soaking my nails. Then she started on my nails, a customer walked in and she had me stay under the light while she went and did his pedicure. Came back to me and my nails did not dry! So she tried to fix them and put me under the light again! Another pedicure customer comes in and she goes and works on him leaving me again. I'm in shock! I'm trying to file my own nails and have been there over 2 hours now. She obviously does not know how to do dip! I told her I'm leaving and not paying for this service. They did an okay job on pedi and mani. Pushy with trying to get me to use their hair services which I didn't want. The place seemed clean but I didn't see them use any disinfectant on the pedicure tubs or their tools after use,or any where, that was concerning. read more

I went in for a pedicure and walked out with jagged painted over cuticles, paint was all over my toes and was applied incorrectly...I went to dispute the charge and was told I wouldn't have to pay for the gel. I don't even want the gel on my toes, a child could do better. 10/10 do not recommend this place. read more

This place is a hidden gem. During a visit my mother treated me to a manicure with Tram. The space is very well done and relaxing. I live a good manicure with paraffin and this was top notch. Great cuticle trim, nail shaping, nice hand massage and polished to perfection. read more

I called beforehand and was quoted $15 less than what they actually charged me even though I didn't have anything extra or special done. Not only did no one talk the entire time I was in there but I found the place really dirty. I watched them use equipment on multiple people without washing them or switching to new ones. The pedicure chairs were not cleaned down or washed between people. I got a simple gel manicure and when I walked out it looked like they were on for a week already because she didn't get the edges of my nails.
