Whitney at Greenwich Canine Concierge took wonderful care of my elderly beagle for the last year or so. We have done pet boarding as well as walks with GCC and Whitney's service is never anything less than excellent. She is very, very knowledgeable about dogs and very concerned with their well-being while in her care. As my dog was elderly, on medication and prone to pancreatitis attacks, it was imperative to find someone who would be wholly focused on keeping her safe and well, and Whitney never gave less than 120% attention and care. Many times I have asked her to walk Rosie at the last minute (truthfully I try not to do this, but things do come up) and Whitney always did everything she could to help me out. She has come to my house when I was sick in bed to take Rosie outside for a quick walk because I couldn't; she has made home visits when we wanted to go to NYC for the day and didn't have anyone else to care for the dog. We came to Whitney after some bad experiences with caregivers on Rover - unlike some people who advertise on that site, this is Whitney's full time job. After meeting Whitney and introducing her to our labradoodle, she has been the only dog sitter I have used for the last couple of years.
