    I was hoping to be able to update my negative review from when the pool was being built. Unfortunately, I cannot. This review will be even lower. We have continued to have problems with Prestige. We have had to reach out MANY times because of - number of construction issues throughout the last 11 months. We are still waiting for anyone to respond to us to fix broken stones and our outdoor kitchen. Our lights did not pass city inspection after construction. They moved two light, leaving the lights unbalanced. We were told that someone would be by months ago to fix it...still waiting. And now, more pool stones are cracking and we can't get a response from the company.

You have my contact information and I would be happy to update my review to reflect any future experience. It's been about a year since you were out, so you my be remembering incorrectly but other than a section of driveway/walkway that has shifted about 2" after 20 years of cars driving on it, there is not "widespread ground movement". No issues with home foundation, street, etc. Regarding communication, the only thing constant about it was that I constantly had to ask for someone to respond to my emails. Almost all of my emails required a "can I please get a response on below" follow up after about a week of waiting. This shouldn't be a surprise to hear as I called out the frustrating lack of communication twice via email. I would love to resolve this issue but cannot spend thousands of dollars on a solution that has no guarantee/warranty attached to it. Please let me know your thoughts on a resolution. Thanks! ******

    My pool was built by Prestige back in 2021 (will be just 2 years old May 20). Since the pool has been built, here are my pros: weekly maintenance service and fast response from customer service, when I need to call. Cons: the title people they hired, are horrible; the title guys came out three times since they put it in. Titles were cracked after installed, the pool titles were cracked less than a year of being built, some of the titles are already loose and falling apart (see photo, that's only one part of it). The pool light isn't working properly, in pending repair before warranty goes out. The light guy came out a couple of weeks ago and told us to get with Prestige because there was one pool light he couldn't replaced due to the way they screwed it on. In order for us to get our replaced pump (broke during freeze) to be under warranty, we need to use their maintenance services for one year. When it came time for payment, we paid gem promptly and in cash so there were no hassle on our part. When it came to them getting someone to come fix the issues, it was a hassle. All-in-all, am I a happy customer? No, not at all.

    It's been almost a year that Prestige started building our pool on our new construction home. We had pool equipment that was stolen off the job site that Eugene and Prestige don't have the proper insurance to cover theft. They order half the decking and said the other half would show up next week and nobody will return our calls or text asking what happened. They also placed the water sheers on the pool in the wrong place. Completely unimpressed with the product and service that you get for a pool that is this expensive. We have also heard from other builders in the area that the company isn't what it used to be and they are all moving away from Prestige to other pool builders. Highly recommend you go with another company.

    I am trying to be fair bu saying my experience (my neighbor too) was terrible. I am sure everyone has different experiences. Prestige advertises they are the big company and gets things done. That couldn't be farther from the truth. Our pool went way way way over the time line, with a mis step every part of the process. Wrong tile, work not completed, we had to play quality control for them. They cycles through Contract Managers throughout, one was actually our neighbors Dad, who admitted what a disaster Prestige was, ultimately resigned. To this day, we have issues, if Prestige decides to send someone to fix, they duct tape the issue vs fixing, our fire bowls barely function. My experience was simply horrible, horrible. Would never recommend them to anyone. Here is an example of their repairs, has been fixed twice, someone shortcut the auto fill connection twice, still not right. Pool light is not the correct color. Good luck if you use them.

    They do the bare minimum and it costs them dearly when they have to redo the work, but 12 feet would have added 6 inches of drop

Honestly, I reviewed several options and chose this business because of a reply to a negative review. I thought the response was professional and courteous. I imagine that can be difficult to achieve when someone says something negative about your small business. The Prosper location is a satellite office, so it is co-located with Apple Counseling. When you arrive, there is a sign on the glass partition that tells you to sit and wait for the therapist to come retrieve you. This was initially a little awkward, but it wasn't overly burdensome. The masseuse was professional and friendly. The bed was warmed for my comfort and the masseuse asked me for my preference regarding the type of massage. This came in the form of how much pressure do you prefer on a scale of 1 -10. Admittedly, I've only been to this location on one occasion, but I now understand the attraction of a routine massage. It was a comforting experience and something I hope I can find time to take advantage of again. If you are looking for a massage I would recommend this business. I imagine the experience is the same with most businesses that provide this service. For me, the response to a negative review and my personal experience with the masseuse made this business the right choice for me.

I wanted to see if DFW had a place that was adjacent to my out of town services. The facial was just ok, but the body scrub performed by Preeti was underwhelmingly done. There was no consultation about allergies or sensitivities, no hair covering offered, and the exfoliation was incomplete. The service felt rushed and I left feeling unclean rather than refreshed. She kept offering me a massage due to a cancellation that I said no multiple times. I didn't show my displeasure by being rude being I'm urging this new zen thing. I just noted subpar services are an overstated norm in North Texas. Also, it was stated if you have a service the steam sauna is complimentary it is not. I was not asked how my services went at check out and even though I called prior to 24hrs for initial appointment I was charged $30. Because of the experience, I called the spa the I Monday Feb 23 to cancel my membership/appointment and spoke with Ishma. She stated Preeti never received this feedback and I could come back. I declined due to lackof accountability and my time being completely wasted in this experience. The cancellation was agreed upon and she stated it would be done Tuesday since they are closed Monday. I followed up again the next day (Tuesday) because it had not been processed yet being I did not receive a confirmation text. After calling again, I received confirmation by text that my membership/appointment has been canceled. Despite canceling and receiving confirmation, my card was still charged fraudulently on March 6. That charge was not authorized, and I ultimately had to cancel my debit card because of it. At this point, the issue is no longer just about service quality but about billing practices, respect for a customer's time, and cancellation request. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this business and will continue my services where integrity, attention to detail, & quality of service are the norm.

The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and the staff made the whole experience feel really special. It was the perfect way to slow down.
