Straightforward, Honest, and doesn't sell you more than is needed. I had no issues with appointments and no pressure sales. It feels like talking to a close family member who happens to own a roofing business. I had delicate roof tiles broken from termite tenting. Francisco evaluated and told was needed to fix the broken tiles and the price depended on how many they have to replace. His price was extremely fair and the crew worked hard starting at 7am. Sure, I can replace the entire roof if I want, but Francisco pointed out that these tiles were in great condition and still had a lot of life in them. They were very professional and finished removing two old layers of roofing, repaired a lot damaged (dry rot in fascia boards and edge board wood), sheathed the house, and shingled it in 5 days. They kept at it until it was done. When I pointed out problems in the project (nails thru edge boards and incompletely sealed gable flashing), they very quickly responded to address these problems. We got various bids for a roof repair we needed to remove some damaged rafters. Several companies wouldn't even provide an estimate but Francisco did. Not only that but of the other estimates I did get, the job was done correctly and outlined in his bid. I've never left a review on Yelp or otherwise. What I have to say covers about a year of struggling with leaks and other issues. Instead of rambling, bottom line is that Francisco and Sarai were there for me when I had an emergency during the winter I needed my roof covered up to stop water from coming into the kitchen and garage. Francisco went there within 3 hours after I called. Late after work it was dark rainy windy with a crew and covered it. Everyone else I called in the Orange Co. area for help never responded. Even through I gave them five stars. And said the man who came was an angel. For checking my roof and not charging me. As it turns out, I did have a leak. In my roof that when down into my walls. And to the crawl space. My walls have to be removed and replace. The water was coming from the corner of my roof where there is a crack, into the roofs drainage spout. I had to call a general contractor, because I had a bad mold smells coming from my walls and the the water was still coming through my walls. So that is why I'm taking back my review. read more

But prestige offered the best quality product, the cheaper bids were felt material and cheaper shingles and they all also require you to pay for permitting. Prestige gives you the best quality material, options for venting, fascia painting, all in pricing. I was in a rush to get my roof replaced for solar, Francisco took care of it. The city had a whole bunch of confusion throughout my permitting process, Francisco took care of it. I am grateful I chose Francisco because he got it done and it looks damn good.
