I sure wish I had read these comments before we did business with Brandon Preston/Brandin Quin/Prestige Services Contractor. Unfortunately, we have had a horrible experience dealing with Brandon and his group. We paid them to rebuild our covered deck with an up to code handicap ramp. The project started out okay; however it went south quick. They didn't put a flashing where the roof and deck cover meet. When it rains, water pours between the two and everything/everyone - gets soaked. We have to get it taken care of or it'll all rot. The ramp they built is too steep and they did not put a railing on it - making it very difficult to use. I have left text and phone messages with no response from Brandon. My husband was able to reach him a few times by phone and Brandon said he was sorry they hadn't installed the flashing and he would be out to fix the roof and finish the project. But he never showed nor has he contacted us. Now he isn't responding to us at all. We have to find someone to fix and finish the project that he was paid to do. This situation has been extremely difficult and upsetting experience and we DO NOT recommend Brandon Preston/Brandin Quin/Prestige Services Contractor. Definitely use someone else. read more

Y'all did my fence a few months ago and it looks horrible. Messaged to have someone come and look at it MONTHS ago and no one ever came. I had to screw most boards cause the nails y'all use were not enough, many came off lose and there were at least 30% of the boards that were missing a nail somewhere (lack of care and attention). My fence is also 8ft tall and there's no support at the top where all pickets are bending. Some of the bad quality boards have rotten and are falling apart so I've had to change 3 and will have to change some more before the fence is even 1 yr old. The gate bent and sagged at month 1, something else I had to fix on my own. The only reason the fence is still looking ok at 6 months is all the work and extra money I've put into it, AT 6 MONTHS!!! I'll never support a company where you call and no one comes, 0/10 in service. 3 neighbors have asked me who did my fence and I already showed them why they should call someone else. Prestige services I did not use! My neighbor did! When they came on my side of the property to work on that side they poured concrete all over my black iron fence! Over statues and angels in my garden and stepped on things and ruined it! When I called the company Brandon told me I could kiss his ass you ugly b****"! I called the police and the police handled it! They told him if he comes back on our property again he will be arrested! It did not understand someone handling a business like this! read more

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. When Brandon Prestin came to see us this first time, we had photos of what we were looking for with a plan on dimensions. He said 'no problem' and that he could have the job finished for us by December 23rd with a 'no later than' date of January 1st, 2020. It's March 11th and we fired them earlier this week. Mr. Prestin encouraged from the beginning that we purchase materials ourselves for him to work with. This seemed ok with us since it meant we could manage more portions of the cost of the project. After working with them for this time period, we doubt he ever had the resources to properly secure the materials needed for our project. Communication is not a word in this company's vocabulary. They say they are coming, and then they don't show. You don't hear anything from them for days and they randomly show up. He wont respond to text messages for days, but if you call him from a number he doesn't know, he answers in hopes you might be a new client. They never arrive before 10am and they never work past 4pm. And no matter how far behind they are on your project, they will never consider working on a Saturday or Sunday. They will stack cigarettes butts for days in your yard AND if they are too cold, they'll likely build a fire out of some of the materials you surely paid for. Soon after our posts went into the ground and the trusses were put up, a wind storm came through our area. All the trusses were ripped down by the wind. Rather than replace these, Mr. Prestin thought the best plan was to patch them back together. All of his 'patches' of wood are now split. The trusses were not repaired adequately by Mr. Prestin. We now have to remove the roof and buy new trusses and roofing to complete the repair. Our barn is nothing close to finished and we're going to have to tear down a good chunk of the mess this joke of a contractor made. Several posts are sinking because he didn't set the posts correctly in the concrete. The lines in the concrete that is poured, look like they were drawn by a kindergartener because they are so crooked. Today we had a new contractor come to look at installing garage doors and they were not able to give us a quote. The barn isn't safe to work in. We also realized Mr. Prestin has notched out the top surfaces of the trusses, completely altering the structural strength of this barn. One basic Kentucky snow and this roof will come down. Lastly, I would point out that after we fired Mr. Prestin and explicitly told him not to step foot back on our property, he did not honor this request. He waited until we were both at work on a Tuesday at about 11am to show back up. Luckily, we had family visiting and they were at our house. We had to file a no tresspass order with the local police department to keep this guy away. I'll end this review with saying, if you don't value your money or care about the structural integrity of your project, go ahead and hire these guys. Otherwise, keep looking for someone else. read more
