First of all the shop is laid out so well... you dont see a store dedicated to boarding like this any more. Everyone in there is so knowledgable, you can tell they are all people that not only work for a board shop but also use the product themselves. There genuinely interested about there customers, there boards, and what they are planning on doing. They fixed/tuned our boards in 1 day, they gave us some amazing tips for getting back on the mountains, and there prices where very reasonable. I hope to continue boarding and will go to them first for all my gear!

But I needed another pair of bike gloves because the stainless rims on my titanium wheelchair (my current distance mode of travel) get cold in winter months and I needed a full finger style with good grip. It was serendipity to spy Kore as I was walking back to my car from breakfast at Terri's (I recommend it) a couple doors down and I decided to pop in and see what they had. The young man working there was so helpful and I found exactly what I needed. I don't think he is the owner but he works like he owns the business (that is high praise) and we talked about the mountain bikes and e bikes they had and trends in local biking. As my husband and I entered a customer was picking up their bike that had been repaired and they were really happy with the outcome. The store also has a big selection of boards. LOCATION: In one of Meridian's many poorly laid out strip malls with terrible (too tight spacing) parking lots, you might not know it was there unless you knew it was there. Worth finding if you're looking for a bike or board! ACCESSIBILITY: Level in from the walkway, plenty of clear floor space to register. But this parking lot is so out of compliance for ADA mere minimums (that is not this shop owner's issue but the mall owner's issue) and the only curb ramp to get over the curb for the entire layout is with the two spots down by Terri's breakfast and lunch restaurant.

They had lost their first sale twenty dollar bill. I believe they said they suspected an employee of taking it, during a move. I lived in Boise at the time and messaged them on Facebook. The owner offered me a knife as a reward. I drove all the way to Nampa/Caldwell area to return it to them. The employee there had no idea what I was talking about and called the owner. They switched me out for a normal 20 and refused to give me the promised reward. Fine, whatever. When I talked to the owner afterwards, he apologized and let me know he still had a knife for me. We planned to meet after the New Year, when he had more time. Evidently, he never got any time to follow through, between December of 2019 and now. I didn't return the momento specifically for a reward, but I was offered one and promised it twice, just to never hear back. I wouldn't want to do business with someone like that. ‍ The least he could have done was covered my gas.

I looked at their birthday party packages and they are definitely overpriced compared to other kid friendly places that host birthday parties. The lady with the blonde wig definitely yelled several times and yeah, the soda is served in mouthwash cups. I did see a lot of reviews about how people aren't allowed to skate fast or do tricks but I definitely watched people skate fast & do tricks which was the one thing that looked fun and fine for everyone. Again, I hope the owners care about improving the experience but it will be several years before I think about letting my kids come back. & if the owners don't care, I hope this review helps other parents make an informed choice before booking a party or event!

I've shopped for my husband, grandkids and myself and I have been happy with my purchases.
