This place rocks. Always have cool stuff. Staff is always super nice. And best prices for jewelery that I can find in the valley.

Extremely disappointed. I would strongly advise not to do any business with I Get Around…read more I brought mine and my daughter's pedal bikes in for flat tire repair. I live around the corner so I was able to walk the bikes there. Both bikes had 1 flat tire. The owner told me no problem. It would take a couple of days. No payment needed until I pick up the bikes. I just went in to get the bikes. I'm told that all 4 tubes were replaced and with labor and slime my bill is $200! Both bikes are fairly inexpensive pedal bikes. I spent $150 brand new for both. I tell them the flat repair cost is way more than I anticipated. I thought maybe $100 to repair 2 tires! Instead they took the liberty of replacing all 4 tires and charging me labor and slime for those. They didn't have the common sense courtesy to ask me before replacing all 4. The conversation in I Get Around was escalated. The wife said she would give a 5 percent discount since "I was throwing a fit". I reluctantly told them to f themselves and we left. The wife said "poor girl" condescendingly to my daughter as we left. I called after we left. I told them the most I could pay is $150. They said the least they would charge is $165. Again, all I wanted is flat tire repair for 2 tires. THIS IS THEFT AND A TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! I told them I would write a review to warn the public and I would take legal action to get our bikes back they said. That was fine. They preferred I call the police. I attached a picture the updated invoice. An additional discount for being a "Problematic Customer" Completely unprofessional. I'm not paying $163 for 2 tires flat repair. Everything else they decided to do on there own. They did not consult with me first.

Best of the best locally owned bike shop in the treasure valley! These guys not only know what they…read moreare doing they also care about their local biking community! Fair pricing and always getting repairs done in a timely manner. Highly recommend checking Kore North out for ANY of your bike or skateboard needs! I will be a lifelong customer.

The "ahh.."roma in a bike shop, that combination of tires and bike grease is still intoxicating…read moreeven though my road biking days are in my rearview due to a combination of age and smarts (I mean, if I was still biking it wouldn't be on road anymore given drivers and traffic) and progressive CNS illness. But I needed another pair of bike gloves because the stainless rims on my titanium wheelchair (my current distance mode of travel) get cold in winter months and I needed a full finger style with good grip. It was serendipity to spy Kore as I was walking back to my car from breakfast at Terri's (I recommend it) a couple doors down and I decided to pop in and see what they had. The young man working there was so helpful and I found exactly what I needed. I don't think he is the owner but he works like he owns the business (that is high praise) and we talked about the mountain bikes and e bikes they had and trends in local biking. As my husband and I entered a customer was picking up their bike that had been repaired and they were really happy with the outcome. The store also has a big selection of boards. LOCATION: In one of Meridian's many poorly laid out strip malls with terrible (too tight spacing) parking lots, you might not know it was there unless you knew it was there. Worth finding if you're looking for a bike or board! ACCESSIBILITY: Level in from the walkway, plenty of clear floor space to register. But this parking lot is so out of compliance for ADA mere minimums (that is not this shop owner's issue but the mall owner's issue) and the only curb ramp to get over the curb for the entire layout is with the two spots down by Terri's breakfast and lunch restaurant.
