I contacted Billy Reynolds on February 18 to reserve a stretch limousine for a 60th birthday celebration. We spoke, he shared photos of his black and white limousine, and I felt comfortable. I provided all necessary details, clearly stating that I only needed pickup and drop-off service. I also let Billy know I needed to confirm with my friend Shelly, who was helping plan the event, and then would follow back up with him. Before confirming with Shelly, I drove a distance on February 21 to the Reynolds Limousine location to see the vehicles, and although I wasn't impressed, we decided to move forward. On Monday, February 23rd, I spoke with Billy again and included Shelly in the call. I asked about the white stretch limousine since I didn't see it on the lot, and he explained it was in the garage. That answer was acceptable. He then asked us to text the pickup and drop-off addresses, email, and contact numbers, which we did. In the text exchange, he asked how long we would need the vehicle. I reiterated that it was only for pickup and drop-off. After that, nothing. No acknowledgment. No follow-up. Silence. On Wednesday, February 25th, I reached out again to ask if the contract had been sent. Still no response. No courtesy. No professionalism. At that point, I felt completely ignored. Concerned, I asked Shelly to contact him. Surprisingly, he responded to her within three minutes. In that exchange, he stated that he does not rent for less than three hours. That policy should have been communicated upfront. Transparency takes seconds. Instead, I was left without any response at all, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. I also reviewed the company's website and found no clear disclaimer about a three-hour minimum unless it is buried somewhere. If this is a firm policy, it should be clearly stated so customers can make informed decisions and not waste their time. Professionalism and respect matter. Clear communication builds trust. Unfortunately, the lack of response, inconsistent communication, and absence of accountability have left me extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend a service that treats potential customers as an afterthought.

After my refusal to be scammed by this guy, I asked him to send me a filled out contract in which I got no response. Finally I told him how customers shouldn't have to beg for a contract, and a timely response for a service I AM PAYING FOR. He then responded within the very minute this time, for the since I reached out. They do not respect you or your money, spend it elsewhere, it is not worth it at all! He tried to condemn me for wanting a contract for March 14th, on the 25th of February, this man tried to tell me I was not patient for planning ahead, but had the audacity to try to get me to sign a blank contract. Everyone signed waivers for liability purposes. When it started to rain, their boat was equipped with overhead covers to help shield us from the rain. The rain didn't last long thankfully! Captain Rick and Co-Captain Julia were extremely professional and informative of safety precautions. They also come equipped with snacks and drinks too - but you're encouraged to bring your own. This company also has jet skis you can rent. I had my first ride on a jet ski with Jamal and it was exhilarating! We made a couple stops at sand bars and played in the water! The 4 hours definitely flew by from all the fun we were having. If you're looking for a great turn up or a chill relaxing boat ride, Wave Kings is where it's at!

At first, we were going to save money by having a DIY one, so we were really trying not to spend too much on a professional one. We specifically wanted the "glam photobooth" but we were getting discouraged by the quotes we were getting back from other companies. When we finally reached out to Charlotte Photobooth Fun, we were so grateful that Marcus was willing to work with our budget while still getting us the experience we wanted. We were actually quite shocked he was willing to work with us after seeing all the cool photobooth pictures of people from shows like One Tree Hill, Vampire Diaries, the Bachelor, etc! He was so easy to work with and responded to all our emails super quickly. On the day of our wedding, there was unfortunately a lot of wind that prevented the photobooth from being set up outside during our cocktail hour, but their team made sure to work with the venue to find the most ideal spot indoors and still provide the services we paid for. Since this cut down the original time by an hour (guests couldn't enter until the doors opened), Julian, our photobooth attendant, was kind enough to stay longer to make sure our photobooth was being used for the full 4 hours we paid for. He was so kind to all of our guests, and we could tell that he enjoyed being there, despite having to stay a little longer. It really makes a difference when vendors are visibly excited for you, so we really appreciated Julian. Our guests absolutely loved the B&W glam filter and complimented the timeless, classy feel to their pictures. The custom text overlay was perfect since Marcus even used the exact fonts we had been using for all our stationery. The entire experience was exactly what we wanted for our guests. We even have an online gallery we can look back at, and they made sure all the pictures were printed out for our guests.
