They do not allow "cancellation" - won't even acknowledge it. They will only give an "indefinite pause." From there they said I owe money for the "last shipment." I refused to give them my credit card again knowing I can never get it back. With "special approval" they allowed me to send a check to "reconcile" the account. So I sent a check and a week later I get the cutesy happy notice that the package is on its way. They totally fooled me. My account was paid in full when I attempted to cancel but they deceptively got one more payment out of me despite my clear direction to cancel. Lesson learned. There doesn't seem to be any way out of this service once started. Take the warning.

I have tried 6 different meal delivery services. I thought I would try Sprinly. The first thing I…read morenoticed was the food trays were more substantial and heavier indicating more food. The first I tried was the Apple Cranberry Salad with a delicious honey based dressing. It was very good and filling. The second meal was lighter and less calories, but equally delicious with many flavors merging on your tastebuds. I like that there are not a lot of sauces attempting to cover up otherwise bland food. I definitely will stay with this to see what they come up with for plant based nutrition. Sharon

The dishes vary by season, as well as week to week, but whenever they have tacos I can't pass them up. They have the best fresh corn tortillas I've ever had. The corn tortillas I picked up at Heinen's and West Side Market didn't compare. The Kitchen Sink cookies are as good raw as they are cooked. They Korean-style savory pancakes are amazing. I can order a jumbo fancy salad that serves 3 for about $10 if I want to add some extra veggies to my meal. I have never, ever had any issues with delivery. The items show up on schedule and in great condition. They have very knowledgeable customer service reps available every night during dinner hours in case you have any questions or need help with the meals. All companies should be run this well. I don't work for them, I just think they're amazing.

Such a cool concept....ordered short rib with veggies and potatoes from Flying Fig for $14. The service is also pretty great; in accordance with Jen's comment, they let you know when they're close so you can pre-heat the oven, and a $3 delivery fee isn't much to sneeze at. However, with how excited i was about the price and anticipated quality of the meal, I was a little bummed by what I came home to. It was a very small, and sort of sad-looking amount of food on a sort of cafeteria tray. The vegetables weren't much to speak of, and the short rib was incredibly fatty. I felt I didn't get my money's worth, especially when there are so many places in Cleveland (i.e., India Garden) where you can get heaps and heaps of delicious food for the same price. I may try it again because I desperately want to love Mod Meals, but I was left feeling a little empty inside....

Overall, the sandwiches have all been great. So full that the soup will be lunch tomorrow. Also ordered kale verde caesar with spiced chicken. Salad dressing was amazing!! Tea house chicken and noodles was a little bland but perfect for kids. My daughter loved it. Haven't had the peanut butter pie yet but how can that be bad!?

I tried one of the Egyptian dishes - kushery ($18) - and it was delicious! If you are vegetarian…read moreand/or have vegetarian friends, I highly recommend this dish. Even as a regular eater of meat, I found this dish so satisfying and filling. In case you don't know, kushery is a whole load of carbs; the dish has rice, macaroni, lentils, a slightly spicy tomato sauce, garlic vinegar, chickpeas, and crispy fried onions. The whole mixture altogether was so tasty, and I would totally get this again. I also ordered the hibiscus punch ($6), which was refreshing and not too sweet. And even though I already had a bunch of carbs with the kushery, I got the Egyptian bread pudding ($8), which was very different from the bread pudding I typically see at restaurants around here. It consisted of toasted croissant pieces that were soaked in a creamy sweet milk; the dessert also came with a bunch of nuts, raisins, and whipped cream. It wasn't as rich or sweet as other kinds of bread pudding I've had, but it was still a tasty dessert. The service was a little slow, so I wouldn't suggest dining in here if you need to get a quick meal. But the food was good, and the staff was friendly, so if you have time for a relaxed meal, give the restaurant a try. Note - there were some slight price discrepancies between the menu and final receipt for my drink and dessert, but I know prices are really volatile in these crazy times, and the price discrepancies were small.
