It's been years since I last visited an Insomnia Cookies location. Now I remember why. They produce a convenient product, not an exceptional one. It's an average chocolate chip cookie with an overrated price. Just not worth it. The recipe for chocolate chip cookies they use is average at best. The chocolate chips/chunks they use is mediocre, nothing spectacular. And the value is simply horrible. I also tried their brownie. The chocolate chip brownie they served me was in such bad shape that there wasn't even a top to it! Seriously! It is practically completely void of real chocolate taste. Sincerely, if it's late at night and you're craving a cookie or brownie... Go to bed early! Wake up the next morning, head to the supermarket, and grab a Pepperidge Farm chocolate chip cookie, which is much, much better and far less expensive too. NOT F-ING worth it! read more

Didn't even know that there was one here in Uptown! What a pleasant surprise to walk by. Got my favorite snickerdoodle and chocolate mint. This location has a little more space than the downtown location, which is nice. Has high top seating to fit about 7 or 8 people. Amazing experience at Insomnia Cookies. I placed my order for curbside pickup. I ordered the monster sundae and three cookies. The sundae was the perfect mixture of the cookie, ice cream, and topping. With every bite, I smiled because my insides were excited by the vanilla ice cream, the cookie dough, and the M&M's. Upon arrival, I called the number and was met with a very pleasant associate who explained that my cookies were cooling and that she would be out in approximately two minutes. More than two minutes passed before the associate came out to deliver the order. She was very apologetic and threw an extra cookie in the box for the inconvenience. I appreciate the level of concern for my time without me having to address the issue. Between the absolutely delicious product and the superb customer service, I will definitely be back. read more

This location as always provided us quick service; we rarely have to wait for cookies. My only hiccup with this particular location is that the cookies are a little overdone. The edges are on the crunchy side and the cookies are well done all the way through. This sounds like a silly comment, but when I think fresh hot cookies, I want them to still be soft in the middle, not just a standard old semi-hard cookie like one I can get at Subway for alot less money. The cookies themselves are pretty basic standard cookie flavors like chocolate chip, triple chocolate, peanut butter, etc. They are a normal size cookie as well. So ultimately they're pretty pricey at over $2 each, but getting them relatively fresh on a Tuesday at midnight is the draw here. I do recommend the Insomnia Cookie franchise, but don't think you're going to get a Crumbl experience. read more

I was extremely disappointed! everyone raves about these cookies, so I thought that I would try them big mistake! I spent a total of $40 on these cookies drove all the way down there to pick them up when my daughter drove all the way down there to pick them up when she got back with the box it was only half the order I placed the order online in black-and-white everything spelled out with no problem, but when I received the box from the store, the order was missing. called back to the store and spoke with the manager. She wasn't rude, but she was not extremely professional either. She suggested that I come back and get the rest of the cookies after she apologized that she was so busy feeling a big order that she was moving fast and she thought she put the rest of my cookies in the box and she must've overlooked it. I said well you could just refund that portion or deliver it it doesn't matter but I will not be driving back down there to pick them up. She said to me well there's no way that I can set up for delivery because I don't have information and I can't give a refund because I'm not sure what the portion amount will be. so after about a minute and a half of dead silence she said well let me get my handy-dandy calculator and she did some figuring and she said you should get an email for $10.25 refund and that was for one deluxe and two regular cookies I said one deluxe said it $4.95 and two deluxe are $2.95 apiece she's like yeah that's 1085 she said that's what I said, I said look at your email. after she said very professionally with an attitude, oh I'm sorry I'll send the other 60 cents. after tasting the cookies, they taste OK I would've been just as satisfied with the regular Oreo cookie, so it was nothing extra for me. When I went here the guy behind the counter was being disrespectful to a DoorDasher. He got my order together while I paid and slid my cookies to me well moving on to the lady behind me trying to ask questions about placing a future order to just be told "answers are online" while I waited then acted annoyed when I asked for my receipt. They had 8 options listed upon arrival and only 4 were available. The cashier was new, which is ok. I encountered a nonchalant supervisor/manager who was chilling at a table out front as soon as you walk in.
