Wow! Where do I begin? Let me start by saying that this is the best dental office I have seen in my entire life! From the moment you walk into the office, you are part of an experience. This is what they have mastered, "the art of creating customer experience"! The office is beautifully decorated! Every way you turned there is something else that is aesthetically pleasing to the eye; very well decorated. The feeling you get when you walk in is very homelike. The staff were SO friendly!! You hardly see this anymore at dental or medical offices anymore. The office etiquette of the staff how medical professionals should be. As a college professor and nurse, I teach my students the importance of having such etiquette as demonstrated by the Thrive staff. I have also managed many health care facilities and Thrive has created something in their practice that other practices should not only take notes on, but follow. I believe they have created a new template combining professionalism, customer service and experience all in one! Giselle was so welcoming and so sweet! Kept me updated every step of the way until they were ready to see me in the back. Maggie was exceptional! She is doing what she loves and it shows. Monique was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the treatment plans as well as the many options that were available. Last, but certainly not least, Dr. George. This doctor is not only sweet, kind, and attentive to your needs; she also makes it her duty to provide you with the best care! Everyone was welcoming and happy, not because they had to be, but I believe because they truly are where they want to be doing what they love to do! I wish this office existed many years ago as I would have started my journey with them then. I am grateful to have found this office and now consider myself a lifetime patient. There is NO other dental practice that can top what this office provides! Did I mention they have an in office Orthodontist too?? They offer a complimentary exam with him. I am writing to express my frustration and confusion regarding the recent cancellation of my dental appointment. On a Friday, I received a text and voice reminder message at 11 AM regarding my scheduled appointment for Monday. Given my professional commitments, I had this appointment marked on my calendar and fully intended to show up, as I always do. However, because I did not respond within a three-hour timeframe, my appointment was canceled by your team. This is incredibly frustrating, as I had not confirmed the cancellation of my appointment myself. Moreover, it is worth noting that this appointment had already been rescheduled previously due to the unavailability of hygienists in your team. Your team called to reschedule it, and now, once again, I find myself needing to reschedule. This pattern of inconsistency is mind-boggling and has caused significant inconvenience for me. As a result, I am now compelled to search for a new dentist who can provide a more dependable and accommodating service. I recently moved to Dallas and was searching for a dentist. Well I found THE BEST dental and orthodontic practice ever!!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and a smile from the front desk personnel. Monique helped me get checked and I didn't have to wait long to see Dr. Christine and Dr. Nathan. I have sensitive teeth and they were so patient with me! The office is state of the art with the latest technology and it feels more like a spa than a dentist!
