Preston Hollow Dance allowed me to take my dance moves to the next level and I'm so grateful. I had been a terrible dancer for as long as I can remember and I decided to take some privates in hip hop dance to improve. Belinda had been very professional and accommodating with my scheduling/billing and matched me up with Tenay. I loved working with Tenay and just like Belinda she was friendly, professional, and made my private lessons super fun. Six months later, I have reached my goals and I now feel at ease on the dance floor. I am super grateful to this studio, Belinda and Tenay for allowing me to build my skill set. My friend and I decided to be brave and take a "Barre Sculpting" class for adults last Tuesday evening. After looking up exactly what barre sculpting is, I was a little bit nervous, since I don't usually do the whole physical activity thing... But I went to the class anyway, determined to get a dancer body for what is left of the summer. The facility is beautiful and new; the color schemes and cubbyholes (yes, cubbies!!) made me wish I was 7 again and could attend the kids' dance classes during the day! Holly, the owner, was enthusiastic and kind, and made my friend and I feel like we were regulars, not newbies. The class itself was really fun and a great workout. It's structured in a way that is fast-paced, but not too intense where you get lost while following along. The music selection was fantastic and I loved that Holly actually went through all the moves with her students so you would have an example. After the hour-long class, my friend and I left feeling energized and accomplished, not wrung-out and exhausted. Overall, I would rate my experience at Preston Hollow Dance as excellent and would definitely recommend it. I can't wait to go back for another class! read more

If you always dreamed of having the moves like Michael Jackson than look no further than Preston Hollow Dance -owned and operated none other than the adorable Holly Seeley. Growing up taking dance classes, I understand the technique and vernacular, but until recently never understood a dance class to be fun! Holly explains every facet in the study of dance but in a way that anyone and everyone can relate to. Especially, the Michael Jackson class for adults. Who would have imagined you can learn all about pirouettes and plies all while doing the quintessential crotch grab. I also had the pleasure of taking the beginner ballet class offered to adults, as well. Mothers, 20-something singles, and everyone in between can take advantage of the fun, too! Indeed, most of Preston Hollow Dance classes are intended for young girls, she gives the mothers of her students a chance as well. This class was not only informative and fun, but a work out as well. It's designed to condition those dance muscles in my legs I never knew I had, while learning the graceful art of dance. I don't have kids. But Holly makes me wish I did. I was lucky enough to take one of her adult classes. She is such a good dancer, and communicates and simplifies everything in such a thoughtful, humorous way! And it's sort of in that Disney way - where it's fun for the kids and adults (not for the kid in all of us, but clean adult, very witty humor - so it's equally as entertaining watching because sometimes, even the cutest kids can be boring by themselves). But I can just tell she would be absolutely wonderful for kids! I was so impressed with how far we came in just one hour of teaching! You'd be a damn fool not to take your kids to Preston Hollow - a damned fool I say! But seriously, she is awesome x a million. read more

Such a great studio for the children! The teachers have the patience of saints and recital is always the highlight of the year. My two girls take pre ballet with Ms. Belinda and hip hop with Ms. Brittany and they enjoy everything they learn. I recommend looking no further when hunting for a dance studio. read more

Holly, the owner/teacher, keeps the classes fun and lively while staying patient with uncoordinated blunderers like myself. My ten year old daughter takes lyrical and ballet at PHD, she loves it! The teachers are professional and kind, offering excellent technical instruction to each student. Holly's Adult Ballet/Barre class has not only fulfilled my secret desire to "play ballerina," it has worked muscles I literally did not know I had. Sounds cliche, but it's the truth. Holly makes the atmosphere really comfortable and fun--despite not knowing anyone in the class, I felt like we had all been friends forever.
