I had my hair cut at Ulta at the Town Center (go look at my review there for photos of before!) where the lady just didn't know what she was doing and left me with an unfinished hair cut. I came to Olivia yesterday with a few photos of what I had wanted and she took control immediately. She washed my hair with purple shampoo, that I ended up going online and buying since they don't carry it there at the salon (Fanola No Yellow Shampoo) and it is about to be at my house now! I don't think I've ever had someone to wash my Hair with the purple shampoo at the salon before! Olivia took such care when it came to cutting my Hair into something that was unique to me, and something I would love. She provided further instructions on how to style it and how to brush it while blow drying, in the back, so that my curls in the back settle properly the next time I go to wash it. And even after she was done with blow drying and styling, she went back into it several more times to make sure it was absolutely perfect! I have found my new hair stylist! There is nothing more satisfying than getting a haircut you absolutely love AND finding a hair stylist you can continue going to for long term. In the end, I'm so thankful I went to Ulta and got my hair wrecked - because it brought me to someone who will do my hair perfectly from now on! Everyone here was super nice and great to be around too - gives these ladies a call!!
