It's 930 and I call her and she said she was only delivering the chairs and would double check the invoice about the umbrellas. I sent her a screenshot of the invoice which included the umbrellas. She said she was running behind and we'll get back to me. She never got back to me. I called her multiple times. Texted her multiple times and no response. She is completely unprofessional. I understand there's delays but to ignore your client is unacceptable. I had to call another rental company last minute to get chairs and umbrellas for my occasion. Do not use her despite the positive reviews.

Very affordable and transparent pricing. 2. Laura was very responsive and easy to work with. 3. Delivery was on time and efficient. Now for the negatives, and reasons why I removed 2 stars: 1. Chairs arrived FILTHY. I spent nearly 2 hours cleaning and scrubbing dirt and stains off 16 chairs. 2. During delivery the young man swung around a stack of chairs and put a dent in our garage refrigerator. Thank goodness we'd moved our cars out of the way before they arrived. 3. Pickup was supposed to happen the following day (Friday). That day, I stayed home all day expecting a call/text that they'd be arriving soon to pickup the rental items, but no word. Then, the next day at 7:20am (Saturday) I am woken up by the doorbell ringing. I looked at my phone to check the time and saw a text from them only, 10 minutes prior, saying they'd be arriving soon.

I sent them a dimension of my backyard and wanted their input on how many and what kind of tables would maximize my space. Brenda helped me mock up my drawing and gave me several suggestions, I so appreciated that. 2. I used their backdrop for both my bbq pre-wedding event and my wedding. After my bbq event, they told me they were going to touch up and clean the backdrop for me which they did! In my photos my bbq backdrop looked lighter and the wedding backdrop was darker and shiny, so thank you! 3. They were so friendly, trustworthy, and most importantly just kind. Brenda made sure to send an invoice and she would change it each time a change was noted. Rudy worked hard to bring and pickup all items. 4. Chairs and tables were clean! I rented the nicer padded garden style white chairs. They were relatively new and no marks or dings! 5. I had so many questions and they were so patient with me!
