Price good. Less expensive than most places I have gone. My experience here was just ok. I waited a long time to get a full set, about 30mins. The acrylic job was not good after less than 2 weeks I already have nails coming off which I have never had happen even when I was working at places that I do more with my hands. The paint job was just subpar. Two different people did my nails. The lady that did my paint did try to fix the problems I had but I still hate them and ended up going to another nail shop to have them repainted. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place. I rather pay more and drive farther to the nail shop that normally does my nails to ensure they are done right. read more

Came here to get a mani and pedi for the first time. I came on a weekday around noon and it was pretty empty so that was good I got seated right away. Well to start with the lady doing my mani and the lady doing my pedi were having a very loud convo in their language which is fine but It was pretty annoying because I just wanted to relax. And I'm sad to say the gel mani I got looks alright but not perfect. There's a bubble in one part and I tried telling the lady but she said oh no it's ok. Idk what that means but I was in a rush and it wasn't too big of a bubble so I let it slide. Also I don't think she trimmed all my cuticles properly :/ And as for the pedicure I love how she shaped my nails and the design is ok but the most frustrating part is that's heels and other areas on my feet aren't smooth! She barely scrubbed it at all and now I'm noticing dry skin and its pokey! Gosh it's worse than when I went there now I'll have to scrub it myself with a pumice stone, kinda defeats the purpose of getting a pedicure :/ I don't think I will be back. read more

My friend and I got pedicures for a reasonable $16 each. Pedicures included nail and cuticle cutting, filing, lotion, soak, foot and calf massage, pumice stone scrub, followed by hot moist towels around the calves and then polish. The pedicure chairs with tubs were massage chairs. There was a great selection of polish. The shop was very clean and they used clean tools for each customer that were retrieved from the back (cleaning) area. The staff was very nice and through. I would go again, most definitely!! I'll admit that I'm very picky when it comes to nail salons, but this place gets the award for worst manicure I've ever received -- ever. The first time I went there, they did a good job, so I decided to give them another shot. Big mistake. I went with my mom, whose manicure was finished first. The technician cut her very badly -- we're talking huge red gash on the side of her nail. No apology, or even acknowledgment. She also asked for square nails and got round ones. When it was my turn, I specifically asked the technician not to cut my cuticles. She did anyway. And boy, did it hurt. She seems to have completely cut my cuticles off on each of my toes, leaving tiny, painful cuts on every single toe. Two days later, it still hurts. The manicure was even worse -- the technician managed to cut me with the filing board. That's a first -- didn't even know you could cut someone filing their nails! My nails are jagged and uneven, and the polish is globby. When I get a less than stellar manicure, I usually just put up with it, but this one is so bad that it's embarrassing, so I'm going to have to get someone else to fix it. read more

Yikes! Trust the negative reviews. I walked in and walked right out. This place is filthy. The polish selection is pathetic. They don't have highend brands. Nearly all the bottles are old, half empty, crusty and just gross. I even saw some old price tags that were left on the bottles...$1. Ew! I've been cut with the nail filer twice and had bleeding. When they remove your SNS, they soak it in acetone and get impatient so they use the drill and it completely ruined my nails because they overdid it. It's taken months for my natural healthy nails to grow back. They even charged $10 to remove my SNS. I asked why it doubled because they charged me $5 the first time and they said "because we're starting again" whatever that means. It seems like they make up prices. They rush to get you out of here. Poor customer service. The older man that does nails is rude and crass. He told me they did not have the color I wanted and refused to try to match the color. Instead tried to upsell me on a product I did not need or want. Then when he was done told me to go to the drying station without bringing my purse. I picked up my phone and asked for my purse no one would bring it to me instead sat another customer in the chair where my purse was. I went in for a pedicure. At $18-it is what it is. I was disappointed with the experience. While I normally appreciate speedy service, when I go for a pedicure I'm looking for a stress relieving break. The pedicure was rushed and over in about 15 minutes. Very disorganized. Sat me in a chair for 50 Minutes with my feet in water to prevent leaving but do not tell you that it's going to take over 50 minutes to get to me. Water got cold. Picked out a color and they took it from me and couldn't find the one chosen. I'll find another nail place next time. Need to update. Pretty nails never did get to my nails Friday afternoon. After one hour and 30 minutes I had my pedicure done and they told me it would be another 30 minutes for my nails. I said no thank you, paid for the pedicure and left. Saturday (the following day) I went to another local nail place to get my nails done. I ordered the S and S nails. I had gotten what I thought were the S and S three weeks earlier at Pretty Nails. At that time, that was the first time I had tried the S and S and did not know what to expect. I discovered that Pretty Nails ripped me off three weeks ago! For the new S and S nails you don't use a gel color and you don't use an ultraviolet light to dry them. The color is a fine, high quality powder in the shade you choose. What I was given was half S and S and half gel nails but was charged for the full amount S and S. I was cheated! They have lost me permanently as a customer. I have been going to this salon for over a year and I love it. The service is great and the staff is so friendly. I had gotten SNS done last visit and for some reason the polish wasn't staying shiny and I went back and they fixed it with no questions asked. When I went the next time to get SNS the staff kept apologizing for the mistake which was totally unnecessary but very much appreciated. I was hoping to find a new nail salon near me since we moved to the Decatur area, but this is not it. They do alright on painting nails (depending on who you get... my toes look better than my chipping nails), but my main issue is their time management and that they don't do mani/pedis at the same time so you end up staying there FOREVER. My boyfriend and I came in for mani/pedis on Saturday and they were a little busy. We had to wait a little while before they got started, but once they did, things seemed to be moving along fine.... We thought it was odd throughout the pedis that none of the available techs came to do our mains, but when we asked, they just said they knew we were getting manicures too. About 45 minutes later, we were wrapping up pedicures but still no one had come to do our manicures. We then had to move over to the manicure tables, which they don't have next to each other so we couldn't talk and they didn't even cut my man's nails! All in all, it was cheaper than my normal salon, but I can see why... Also, if you have any sort of schedule you need to keep, don't go here-- Basically, what normally takes an hour or so at most salons took over 2 hours because they did everything separately. read more

It's been almost a year since I got a mani or pedi. So mind you, my cuticles, toes and heels were pretty jacked up. On top of that I pick and bite at my thumb cuticles. They handled me with extreme care and were super kind. They smoothed down my rough thumbs. They even gave me another color recommendation for my nails as the color I chose would be too light for my skin tone (I tend to lean more toward the neutral and pastel colors) and they were totally right as the color I have now is perfect. My appendages feel just lovely. So I'll definitely be coming back regularly. read more

Had an all around bad experience here and won't be going back. I went at late 5 on a Friday so I expected to wait for a while but the wait wasn't even half the issue. I got a pedicure and apparently they offer different options but the woman doing mine didn't offer any, she just did the basic one. I didn't even realize until I noticed the ppl next to me being handed pedicure menus and being asked what they wanted. This is when my service is already done. I picked my shade from their perfect match gel colors bc I wanted my nails and toes to match, I specified that. After someone else moved on to paint my nails I realized the colors we're not close to being the same AND she didn't paint my nails well. Tried to discuss this w/ manager @ check out and she was very rude claiming I just didn't want to pay when I had just paid full price for my mom's services w/ no issue. The owner of this place allowed lying rude Vincent to convince Amy and Tim NOT to do my nails because I make requests. This was simply ridiculous because a paying customer is entitled to get the type of service that they want! This is considered discrimination considering she allowed him to dictate. I don't like Vincent's work and being loquacious does not mean that you are a good nail tech. I went a few weeks ago and Vincent did my nails, left acrylic underneath my thumb nail, I went back for him to clean it up and he got an attitude that I was back. They should want someone to patronize their establishment since it is always empty, and although empty, they make you do unnecessary waiting! Also the polish color selections are horrible and limited. Ladies and gents, beware of going to this less than quality and less than friendly place.
