Got my nails done. First, the guy that did my nails didn't even clean my nails. He just soaked and trimmed. I asked if he's going to clean my nails he said he did. Well, idk if he understood me. He could barely speak English. Second, I did not know that it's a GEL-ONLY Nail Salon. There is no sign anywhere that says it's only GEL Polish that they use. I don't like gel. All other Nail Salons I go to offers Regular or Gel. So he did not ask me what I want he just gave me a book of nail colors. So I picked the colors I want. It DOES NOT say anywhere in the book that those are GEL ONLY colors. Third, I'll attach a Picture how he cut my toe nails. They're not EVEN!!! It's very noticeable. So I told him why are my big toe nails not even. He just gave me a ridiculous reason because he did not want to redo them. I guess it's because it's gel, so it's hard to take off. So I just went ahead and paid, even gave him a cash tip because you can not put the tip on the credit card. TIP is CASH ONLY!!! Unbelievable!!! Picture attached. Notice the size of by big toe nails. 4 stars for Lee. She is great for pedicures, does a thorough job and really takes her time. I find myself coming back here time and time again because of her. I haven't received an actual nail set from here. I'm not sure of it yet. If I am basing it off the reviews than I feel like I should go elsewhere. However, while I'm here getting pedicures I see the nail techs doing a good job. I like that they have automatic nail dryers here for those of us ladies who get regular polish- it can take forever for it to dry and these automatic dryers cut the time in half so, love that. This will remain my go to spot for pedis as long as Lee is around! read more

Yea..... no. For starters, my mani and pedi took over two hours which I've never had it take that long but she was cutting my cuticles for majority of the time to the point where it was hurting me. She got paint all around my nail on my hands and toes. The gel started to lift within a couple hours after getting them done. It just doesn't look professional, which when you pay money for your nails you obviously don't want them to look like you did them yourself lol. She was nice at first until I told her my nails shape was extremely crooked and then she began to aggressively grab my hands because she was upset but they were completely uneven and if I didn't say anything she would've just left it thinking it looked good. I don't know how she got her license with the low skill level she has. Really upset about the outcome and won't be going back except to ask for a refund. read more

With how strong the fumes are in here I'm not sure how anyone has any brain cells left. I know my brides nails looked pretty good at least from my perspective. read more

Came here to get my nails gel filled, gel pedi, and another gel full set for my daughter. Worse experience ever! The man that did my nails rushed, skipped a few steps that are usually done when getting acrylics and pedicure. Did not ask me anything, he left my nails super thick and sloppy. As for my pedi, at this point I was already dissatisfied with my nails.. pedi, he did not cut my cuticles, sloppy paint, and shaping and he tickled my feet thinking it would be funny and asking questions about my daughter making me feel uncomfortable! My daughter's nails were so sloppy and just not what we expected. She wanted to try acrylics since school was out. Shaping was terrible we asked for square and got wide shape, paint was sloppy. No practice of social distancing what so ever! Every pedi chair was occupied, waiting area was filled. I wouldn't go here again, tried it due to recommendation from a friend. The nail tech there cut my cuticles so bad! He also didn't really look at the picture I showed him that I wanted. He did shape my nails ok but there are so many bubbles and even a hair stuck in my gel coat now. I have no idea why he thought it'd be fine to drill my cuticles and also the insides of my nails so closely and for so long, I kept telling him that it was hurting me too! I feel so sad I came to get my nails done to put my in a better mood and instead I left with 5 cuticles being cut and 3 insides of my nails also being sore from his drilling. read more

DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS. literally left my thumb nail bleeding the next day. So i went in to get a new set of gel acrylics and removal of my old set i get at my usual place. i chose this place because it was convenient to my current location and DO NOT GO HERE! the man doing my nails had extremely shaky hands, painfully removed my acrylics for a fresh set (mind you i always get my nails done and have never encountered such a horrible experience while getting nails removed) and each nail is uneven and filled sloppily making the nails look bumpy and sideways. i expect a fresh set by a better nail artist when i go back in to complain because i expect quality if i'm paying for a quality service. read more
