Clean, comfortable and professional.. wide selection of colors to choose from.. attention to detail, considerate of those of us wearing dresses or skirts by providing covering over knees while seated in Spa chair. Comfortable waiting area and very welcoming upon arrival.. I appreciate the little extras that are done to make my visit relaxing.. For some reason, there are those few customers that feel the need to be rude and disrespectful to staff.. I am offended by their nastiness to a staff member who work extremely hard to provide the prettiest nails ever.. Don't waste your time or money. I got my eyelashes done here. The quality of the lashes is horrible they are plastic. I had to take them off because they hurt. As I result I lost my real eyelashes. I wasted $120 and lost my eyelashes never again. Stay away from this place! Go somewhere that will use good quality products even if if cost more money. read more

DO NOT let a man named Dang do your nails!!! He will cut your fingers multiple times with the drill and do a crappy job. He is missing two fingers on one hand, that is how you will know it is him. Also, he smells of cigarette smoke. I had a bad experience the first time he did my nails, and I got him again when I forgot to make an appointment. The white leather couches looked like they had mildew on them & there was a brown water fish tank that looked disgusting. This place is all right. The staff are friendly, but my nail artist did a horrible job. There was a certain style I showed him and he said he was able to do it. He did a great job making my nails straight (the ones I went to had some of them crooked) but he didnt stick to the style. Towards the end of the procedure, he told me that it was too complicated. I loved this salon! I'm super picky when it comes to my nails because I'm very sensitive and I seem to always get hurt or am uncomfortable. But Cindy was really gentle and the whole staff was really friendly. I didn't like the color my toes came out and the man redid them with no attitude or anything. How this place is even still in business is beyond me. I have to say, I'm a pretty easy going person, as in, it take a bit for me to be so disgusted with a place. Pretty Nails achieved though. I went here with my friend for a simple pedicure/girls day type of thing. We hadn't heard of it before but the place we were planning on going wasn't open and we saw it so we went in. The place is largish, not decorated too well but whatever. Their nail polish selection is pretty poor, with not that much OPI and a lot of really old, thick looking polish. At this point, I was still optimistic. My friend was helped first as there were only two women doing pedicures and one was already working on a client. My friend's massage, which is standard for a pedicure, was basically nonexistent and consisted of the woman slapping some lotion on her and moving on. The lady who was busy before we came in finished her client and moved on to me, but let me say this... SHE DIDN'T WASH OR SANITIZE HER TOOLS. I'm pretty sure that's illegal, or in violation of something because she is passing on bacteria. She used the same foot scrubber, the same nail cutter, without sanitizing anything. What the F. When my friend was done they had her walk, barefooted, on the floor to this random nail dryer, like the ones used for manicures. I've never seen them used on pedicures and I've gotten many. There was also a women using it right before my friend and nobody cleaned it. That doesn't seem right. When I finished I just said we would go, I didn't want to put my feet in that thing or walk on the floor. When we paid, we found out that the place is CASH ONLY, and there is a stupid ATM inside the place so that you can get your money out. What is so ridiculous about this is that if it was cash only, there should have been a sign so I wouldn't have to be charged an extra 2 dollars to get cash out. Frankly, I wanted to just walk out and leave. This was ridiculous. Basically, it is unsanitary, kind of sketchy (there were signs advertising that they also do jewelry repair there!), and completely ridiculous by expecting customers to just magically know that it was cash only. I have never had such a bad experience before. Such a disappointment. read more

Been here three times. Took my 3 year old in today for some birthday pampering. The lady was so amazing and patient with her. This was her first time in a nail salon so she wasn't sure what to do and was touching her face and what not before her nails fully dried (will 100% do get next time as it dries SO much faster). My technician finished my pedi and took gloves off to work on this poor girl's mani while her tech comes and finish my toe polish. Both did not wash hands in between switching. I came here a couple of months ago with my mom. It was my first pedicure ever & my moms first ever by somebody that wasn't her. I left highly satisfied with how my pedicure came out. I got a lady named lee. She was very nice & patient with me. I didn't have nail polish anywhere besides my nails. It was so nice. My mom got some other lady & she wasn't happy with how it came out. I came here a few times because I live near here and first couple of times I came I only got a pedicure so it was ok . But last week I did a pedicure and a full set . So first of all I was exhausted and I wanted to relax and enjoy my pedi but the guy insisted he did my hands while the woman was doing my feet. It was so uncomfortable And took so much longer. I did stiletto nails which is the shape I always get and long (which I always get them long) well anyways the guy hurt me a lot kept cutting my cuticles and filing so hard . And when he was done I noticed all my nails were different sizes some were skinny some were wider $95 for my pedi and full set which is double than what I'm used to paying. But I didn't mind the price what irritated me is that immediately one of my nails started lifting and a few hours later broke off . Mind you I went toward the evening so I was at home doing nothing when it broke . Next morning I wake up and the gel on one of my toes was completely off lol never has this ever happened to me I always get gel and it's so hard to even try to take off myself . I went back right when they opened. They fixed it but didn't seem happy about it. When the man was done he said "I won't charge you today" uhm ya basically 100 bucks I would hope u would fix your mistake. Well anyways it's been one week since I got my nails and all my nails have popped off lol it's as if they didn't even have glue (the press ons from the store hold better) and my pedicure looks horrible . I got a pedicure and a short gel manicure and kids nails. my pedicure was done pretty well but i was very displeased with the nail technician as he made a lot of underhand comments and my nails were purposely done to not last. So came to pretty nails because my nail lady moved and I was looking for somewhere close but I regret coming here. My nails look awful short, fat and thick. Not happy what so ever and it was $30 cash which I didn't not have I was expecting to use my debit card. Well they have an atm machine which charges $3.50 to get money out. I was not impressed with the salon. Which is unfourante because it is up the street from my house. When giving my mom a pedicure the woman giving said pedi was not paying attention & sanded my mom's skin & not nail. She was looking around the salon, instead of looking at her feet. As you know the filer is like sandpaper. When I got a pedi a different nail tech used a nail filer on my skin & now I have a cut. I have had manicures in the past this place was the only place who has cut me with nail filer. Would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

It really kind of depends on who you get there but every time I've been at least one of my nails breaks within a few days. The acrylic is so uneven some parts are thin some are thick, some nails are different thickness as well and the length varies with each nail. If a man who is missing two fingers on his l hand is doing your nails just stop him before he wastes your time and money. Ask for someone else. There are some great people that work here. But this ONE guy really doesn't know what he is doing and is at a training level. He doesn't pay attention to details. He will leave the nail bumpy or have an unfinished look, or crooked. You name it he will ignore it. At least 7 times I had to ask him to fix a bubble in the polish or a misshapen nail or to dust off my hand after using the drill so he could actually see what he was nail filing. I even had a hang nail the last time I was here and he was going to just paint over it and call it good unless I had said something(I let him put one coat of polish on it to see if he would notice or fix it first as a test and he didn't). He used too much glue to apply the tips and my nail and fingers were stuck together. To fix this he dug his nail underneath mine which was painful as hell. On top of the work being below average he hurt me on almost every single nail with the drill plus drawing blood on my knuckle because we wasn't paying attention. He cut corners and used quick fixes instead of doing things right the first time. Idk you tell me if this looks like a DIY job or a professional. UPDATE: it's been 8 days and these are what the nails look like. Worst acrylics I've ever allowed on my fingers. Will not be going back again. read more

I have gone here a few times. Always timely service. EXCEPT, i would call ahead or make sure you talk to someone and ask for Tom or Hao. The other man that works there does NOT know how to do acrylic. (The only thing i go to the salon for) I'll keep coming here happily if the above mentioned people are doing my nails. :) Hao does a fantastic job every time. He was very understanding when the other guy messed up and i had to go back to get it fixed a day after I got married. I'd recommend it. And fair prices too. read more

I love this place. I have been to other nail places and I hated it because there were so many loud people, they didn't do what I wanted and were pretty rude. The ladies and the getnleman in there are nothing but nice and I recommend people to go there. I like feeling like I am going somewhere that they know what I like and strive to do just that.
