I did my research and found that this place had one of the best reviews in my area. They only charged me $10 to cut my dachshund's nails. Even though he cried through the whole thing, they were extremely patient. They have such cute items for sale in the store for cats and dogs. I loved how quick and gentle they were with my pup. It's definitely in a hidden spot on windmill and eastern, a must try place. I bought the cutest muscle shirt here and everyone loved it. i loved bringing my angel Ruby here. this was my first time taking her to the groomers since i rescued her. i texted them for their availability today (a Sunday afternoon) after reading their reviews grooming Pomeranians. they got me in within a couple hours of texting. the people here are so so kind and cared for my dog. she gets really nervous around people and other dogs. she did really well with the groom and she came back to me beautifully. she smells incredible. i have no idea what they sprayed her with but DANG it's so good. also, they were finished in an hour almost on the dot. i was shocked how quickly they got her in and out. i'm definitely going to be returning! i also will probably check out their extensive racks of doggie clothes too next time. read more

Stay away, take your business elsewhere. This owner is rude and has little to no customer service qualities about her. My family's dog was injured, sustaining a severe cut to their paw whilst being groomed. Instead of calling me as soon as it happened, she waited hours to inform me and only did so via text message. I was not happy in the slightest that the dog was injured while in her care, but I understood accidents happen. I do feel the communication should've been done immediately and via a phone call which I still find upsetting. I attempted to take my dog back, and was informed she no longer wanted to groom my dog. Of course, this too was done via text as she lacks professionalism. To be fair the groomer did cover the costs associated with the injury she caused to my pet, as I would expect - but she needs a course in customer service and business ethics. read more

I love this place and prior to COVID I was a frequent customer (~3Months or so). I've never had a complaint regarding price or service, everytime they did a great job with grooming and cutting my cat's hair. The only reason I have any complaint is I guess either their cat groomer left during the pandemic or they changed their policy on grooming cats. I've called several times (surely to the annoyance of whoever answered....Sorry about that!), and was told that they no longer could groom cats. That really bummed me out and forced me to kind of scramble and look for other places that would take my cat (there's really not any that are close to Henderson). Anyways, if that cat grooming status ever changes please let me know. PS: One of my favorite memories is picking up my cat Selina and the owner calling her a "Lady" and saying she acted "So Sweet". Dropped off my doodle for a regular trim like she gets once a month and when my husband picked her up he called me confused because of how expensive she was. They raised their prices $40 for a trim for a doodle.. totaling to $120.. This was not told to us at all. Even when I dropped her off in the morning the owner literally let us in and didn't say a word. So I called about the price difference and the owners reply was "there's a sign in the front of the door".. my reply was "you opened the door for me.... How could I have seen it?" Then the owner goes on to say "well what do you expect everyone is raising their prices" Just totally uncalled for, no apology, no response to why we weren't told just a really bad excuse for a bad business call. I took my dog to be groomed at Pretty Paws Grooming on Eastern Ave in Las Vegas in early July, 2022. This was my second visit there for dog grooming. When we got home I noticed something wasn't quite right with his tail. The groomer had nicked his tail with the razor and a rather large patch of hair was missing all the way down to his skin. They never said one word to me that something was wrong! My poor dog! I will never use this groomer again. If they had just apologized and mentioned that they made a mistake, I would not have rated them so low. Since they did not- they won't get my business again because I find it completely disrespectful on so many levels. read more

What a great haircut! I have a terrier but he walked looking like a well groomed poodle! I love it. We've gotten haircuts in Idaho, Washington State and California but this haircut was so nice. I purchased a Groupon for small dog grooming. I called Saturday and made an appointment for the next day. I brought my furry family member, a Pomeranian-Papillon named Nicki to receive a full grooming. I brought in proof of her recent vaccinations as well. Nicki did not bark or whine-she appeared to be okay with staying behind to have her beauty day. The owner Crystal texted me a few hours later that Nicki was ready to be picked up. She asked before I left how we wanted her styled. I told her to cut her hair short especially with the heat we are in these summer days. When I returned to pick Nicki up, she was lounging in a large kennel. Nicki was sporting Fourth of July adornments in her hair and collar. She looked awesome! I definitely will return with my daughter's dog so she can be groomed too. I have found a groomer I will stay with as I am very pleased with her work. I know Nicki appreciates it too. read more

Unfortunately I won't be referring this place anymore due to their groomers must be intimidated by the fact my dads dog was previously injured here? (Paw was snipped bad, I panicked at first which is a given due to all the blood in the truck and that it took a while to stop) I did enjoy the services and my dads dog looked really good, also had no problem paying, but had a question about something I forgot happened until my dad brought up where I took his dog. Quite frankly, thought he was continuing to bring him here but I guess not, so I figured I'd ask because, to me, no big deal if it was a no. Was rushed on the phone this morning, great that the location is busy but I didn't feel welcomed, didn't even have time to ask a question since the call lasted one minute, and since my lunch was almost over I emailed to ask my question. Apparently that was my mistake? No idea. Before I could email back to Crystal's response that a discount wasn't necessary (she offered, I was going to decline because pay wasn't an issue) due to he hadn't taken his dog in the past months and confirm the appointment I was told through text my appointment was canceled as no groomer would consent to see him. All within their rights as a business but quite frankly hurtful because I enjoyed the location and services the first time I came in. I would have been bringing him in after his appointment tomorrow for regular grooming, but obviously this is no longer happening. Will be on the hunt again for a new place due to this. Hope everyone else has a better time with this business and gets treated with a little bit more care in the customer service department. read more

Crystal did an incredible job grooming both of my long haired cats, they got the cutest lion cuts, perfect for the hot summer. One of my cats is so difficult to work on, that other groomers have declined grooming him. But Crystal and her daughter worked as a loving and patient team to make it happen, and I'm so grateful my rebellious cat ended up getting a perfect haircut despite the fight he tried to put up!
