I have been getting botox and filler from Demetria RN for over a year now. She is wonderful and super skilled. I fully trust her with my botox and filler. I trust her finding the correct amount of units to use of botox. In the past, I had struggled with injectors under injecting me, but Demetria knew the exact amount to use and is super knowledgable about cosmetic injections. I am also not the best with pain tolerance and she is always super patient with me during the appointments. The revive spa is also great they have great promos and pricing. I started with this business when it was Ideal Image with laser hair removal. I did not have any issues with them regarding this treatment. I needed to finish the package I pre-purchased as it transitioned into Revive. Customer service was great and transition for services went well. I was sold on the BBL laser treatment for my skin to remove some sun spots I was not happy with and redness in my skin. Yasmeen is knowledgeable and professional however when I reached out to them regarding some scarring from the burns from the machine that have not gone away. Not only that, but the spots that I wanted to remove are all back now as well as the redness. Now my skin is back to square one 2000$ later with some burn marks. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed that neither the sales rep can offer any resolve to this issue other than stay out of the sun. Or something that is going to cost me more out of pocket expenses. They reiterated that there's no way to know how the skin will respond. That I do understand but in those cases there should be some resolution. My skin looked good for a few days after my last treatment I purchased 3. Additionally I followed their after care directions and was religious with sunblock. I wanted to go back for the Morpheus 8. However I will be looking for a new beauty provider for that treatment due to this result. read more

I saw Sheena for Daxxify and it was an amazing experience! She really took the time to understand my goals and has the combination of art and skill I was looking for, but hadn't found until now. The corners of my mouth have not changed either! Come to find out the injector should have used filler for my mouth not Botox. BUT the injector didn't explain any of this! The staff was very warm and welcoming. I arrived early and made comfortable with a steaming cup of coffee. I enjoyed the company of the reception staff while I waited. At my scheduled time I was led to a nicely appointed treatment room and the assistant wrapped me in a warm blanket. Had an awful experience. First of all the girls at the front counter were giving off high school mean girl vibes and were rude and were mean mugging for whatever reason. Second of all the treatments the suggested were extreme and expensive and I ended up getting nothing and delaying treatment and having to find someone else who was A LOT cheaper, more experienced and more efficient, and I was happier with the results. They only suggested expensive treatments that weren't guaranteed to work when I could have gone with less expensive and still could have gotten the results I wanted. They used the sales tactic where they act like your best friend then point out your flaws to make you want to correct them. For example having eye bags. Sorry my body is indicating to me that I'm dehydrated and need more sleep which is a natural process and lets me know how to take care of myself. Walked out with no treatments, and bad vibes.
