The check-in process was smooth, and I arrived at around 10:45 for my 10:55 appointment. After checking in and taking a seat, I was called back at 11:05. Upon being called back, I met Kiana, who did not seem welcoming at all. She spoke extremely quickly, even after asking if it was my first time, to which I responded yes. She briefly explained the instructions in less than 20 seconds, but it was challenging to understand what was expected, given that it was my first time since she spoke so quickly. Kiana then informed me that my hair was too long for laser treatment, which she couldn't perform due to its length. I told her it's been two days since I shaved and she said she couldn't. I declined her suggestion to return for another appointment since I had driven for 45 minutes from Elk Grove, and it was challenging to get away with four young children. I asked if there was a razor available for me to use, and she agreed but noted that it might not be as effective since their razors did not work well and she stated that she doesn't want to be late for the other clients. It's worth mentioning that she was running about 10 minutes late for my appointment. It's obvious it's not a business based on customer service and making you feel comfortable. I have 5 more sessions left, but I had the front desk note on my account that I do not want to be booked with her again. Overall, I found Kiana to be impolite, unprofessional, rude and lacking in bedside manners.

I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

What a disappointment, I will not be rebooking and will find somewhere else that will hopefully value my time. What a waste of time, energy and effort on my part. Do better, or have backup providers. Truly a disappointing experience.

Yes I arrived at 11:39 (early for my 11:45 appt) when I asked the front desk guy if my tech, who I visibly saw with my own eyes working actively on a client in the very beginning phase of a nail job, would be finished soon as my appt was at 11:45, he responded with a defensive "we are down 4 techs today" when I asked this I looked at the time at it was 11:45 exactly. I was not able to sit there for an hour as stated previously I have one day off and had other things to do. I'm not asking for special treatment, this is usually standard for an appointment. The front guy didn't even try to find out how long I would have to wait or if he would be finishing up soon (probably not considering I could see him clearly) so everything the business owner replied is actually not at all true and I don't appreciate the gaslighting.

Revive Med Spa has been the best experience. I went in for my second cool sculpt session on July 3rd 2025. I had Bella this time. Bella is super sweet, kind, gentle and cool all at the same time. She kept making sure if I needed anything. She even went extra by coming into my room during my second 45 min cool ( I had 4 :45's ) and without me asking, she showed me my before pics from my first session and my pics of me today. What a difference in just 31 days! She told me the results don't always come that fast and she showed how happy she was for me. The ladies that do your sessions make you feel confident, comfortable and educate you. I think a lot of times people hesitate doing a type of service like this due to worrying about how we might feel about our bodies going into a place like Revive, but here, they make you feel comfortable and encouraged in your body. Whether you're a new mom or an older mom like me who always was in great shape until I got older, they understand and are here to help you look and feel your best. Also a great surprise. I had a knock on my door and Kaitlyn came in to say hi. Kaitlyn did my first session just 31 days before. This made me feel special that she remembered me and checked on me. The whole time I felt cared for and they super focused on getting me the results in the areas I specifically asked for. Before I left, Bella scheduled me for my three month post op appointment for October and I'm super excited to walk in and take new pics instead of scared and dreadful to see my before and after's. (I'm sorry for posting anonymously but my husband doesn't know I get Botox! haha but I wanted to give credit where credit is due) I have been to Revive twice now to see Sheena, I have visited a number of different places over the years and have seen a handful of nurses and Doctors for Botox. While there are definitely some much nicer looking offices, Revive seems kind of bland, not esthetically pleasing at all, I will continue to go there because of Shena's expertise. She is the only one that has truly ever listened to me, addressing all of my concerns, no matter how small they may be. She makes me feel like I really matter and I'm not just another customer. I have never been handed a mirror before and been made a part of my treatment which sounds silly but it's true! She is patient, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. When I stated seeing Lisa I was using an acne specific cosmetic line, using 2 types of prescribed topical gels, and trying whatever magic potion or serum I could to get the painful bumps to go away.
