Even though I only see her every three months for Botox touch-ups, she always remembers me and treats me like a valued client. Every visit, she is diligent, precise, and takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. Dr. Angell doesn't care about making money off of you. She cares about your aesthetic goals, and the best way for you to achieve them, even if it would mean a loss for her. I went in initially for a lip flip and forehead Botox, and she essentially said she could do it, but I'd get the best results from a lip lift, which is surgical and permanent. Every other clinic I went to told me that I'd need 4-8 units for the flip and 1.5-2 vials of filler to get the results I wanted, which is just an obvious cash grab. Dr. Angell and her staff actually listened to me, understood what I wanted, and didn't try to oversell me on anything. That was enough to cement that this is the place for me. There are so many other reasons to love this place. The decor is tasteful, it's always clean, the staff is SO nice, and my results are always perfect. I've had issues with Botox migrating in the past, and that has NEVER happened here. I've also never even bruised, even when I decided to dabble in lip filler. It also doesn't feel like you're in a sterile doctor's office (even though you technically are in a doctor's office), and I feel like I'm just talking to my friends. The last thing I'll touch on is my incredibly horrible needle fear. I know it's strange to get injectables when you have a full-blown panic attack getting your flu shot, but I'll tell you, these people take CARE of you. My first appointment, I was literally sweating, crying, and on the edge of passing out, but they literally held my hand throughout and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I know it seems silly, but I've never felt more supported in a medical setting. The laughing gas doesn't hurt either, but I'm so comfortable there now, I don't even need it and don't cry! So, it's a little bit of exposure therapy tossed in as a freebie! I know this is long, but I could seriously go on forever about how amazing this place is. If you try it out, you will end up with amazing NATURAL results. I'll close it off with a story. I seriously won a bet at a dinner party when a gal who was talking about celebrities with cosmetic enhancements said, "Everyone who gets stuff done is so obvious. I can tell immediately." I mentioned that work is only obvious when it's bad, but good work is something you'd never notice. I bet her that she couldn't tell who had gotten anything done at the table. She guessed the people with obvious work, but I wasn't on her list. She said, "You just look young because you have great skin." I literally had to show her my receipts to prove it. Part of me thinks she still doesn't believe it, but that's the kind of practitioner you want in your life.

I cannot rave enough about Pretty Please Aesthetics! It has truly transformed my skin and has become my go-to for all my aesthetic needs. Every injector there is highly trained and an expert at their craft. They go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best possible care and results. I've had the pleasure of being treated by several members of their team. Reanna and Nadia have made my lip enhancement dreams come true, while Holli's thread lift has given me a refreshed, youthful appearance, and Kate, the owner, is an absolute powerhouse and has done my 8-point lift, tox, and devised my full treatment plan. No matter who you go to you are in amazing hands. They pride themselves on natural-looking results and they deliver just that. I used to be terrified of filler after seeing people looking overdone at other Med Spas and that's NOT the case here. The staff's skincare knowledge is also impressive. BEWARE.. the owner is RACIST. Kate the "co-owner" is a narcissist and the first thing she said to me was, "I don't negotiate." She was referring to the fact that SHE will decide how many units I will be getting on MY face. Totally trying to upsell units and trying to convince me to get double the units I usually get on my face. She has a fake smile, her nostrils flared pretty large, and her forehead is frozen. She raised her voice at me stating, "If it's a budget issue?!" She repeated budget three to four times. Wow! Would she be speaking to me in this manner and bring up " budget " if I were white?! I walked away and will not support a biased business. I've had MD's work on my face, and they never spoken to me in a disrespectful manner. I'm reporting this shack to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I have been going to pretty please for years now and absolutely love it. Their whole team is well trained so you know you are going to get great results from anyone there. They're consistent, predictable and pleasant. Luke at the front desk is always helpful. Shannon and Rhi are my favorites to have work done by. All of my friends go to pretty please, I can't recommend them enough. And speaking of recommending, I love their referral program. Getting a microdermabrasion on the back would help with getting rid of the dead skin and promote new skin. The back facial was also supposed to include a peel but Kellie mentioned that since I didn't have any active acne I wouldn't need one. I really appreciate her honesty because other people would've done it anyways and try to get more money out of it. Since I didn't get the peel, the facial was cheaper. I can tell she cares about her clients. I have these 2 scars on my back and she gave me something to take home to try. That was really nice of her and I loved how she wanted to help me get rid of these scars. The facial was relaxing and Kellie is super friendly. I can't wait to book my next appointment with her!

Update: My lashes weren't washed beforehand with water, but Ashley mentioned they were cleaned with a solution instead. I personally prefer when lashes are washed with water, since that's how other salons I've visited have done it. It still felt a bit unhygienic to begin without a water cleanse. The silicone pads also weren't sticking at all for quite a while, likely because I had moisturizer on. Again, that's exactly why lash techs wet the lashes before starting , to prevent that issue. When the service was finished, the result looked okay at first, but because I felt so rushed, I didn't get a proper look. I genuinely felt like I needed to hurry out so Ashley could go about her day, she actually left the building before I did. Later, I noticed that one side of my lashes was curled higher than the other. When I reached out to express my concern, I was told it's "uncommon" to give a refund without seeing the service in person, even though I sent the requested photos. I found that response disappointing, especially since the prep and overall service were already below standard. I honestly don't understand how this place has five stars. Even if the treatment had turned out perfectly, my experience itself was maybe a three-star one at best. In my opinion the customer service and communication just weren't professional. I also wasn't talked through the process at all, which is I personally find unusual for a lash service where your eyes are closed the entire time. Regardless, I wanted to share my honest experience so others know what to expect. Lastly, if you're driving yourself, note that there's no mention of parking in the confirmation email, and you'll have to pay for public parking nearby. It would've been helpful if that information was disclosed beforehand, since it adds to the cost and inconvenience of the visit. Updated with photos I sent to Ashley before leaving this review. There was no "demanding" I simply wanted to see what the customer service would be like before posting. The photos were taken two to three days apart and show that the curl is losing shape even with normal face washing. My concern wasn't about getting a refund, it was about how the situation was handled. I booked expecting five star service and my treatment didn't reflect that. If I was truly money hungry I would've accepted the $10. I also ONLY asked for a partial refund! I didn't want to return because my experience wasn't good and I'd rather do this at home on my own since I haven't had much success getting it done by a professional. Which is why I reached out to Ashley giving the benefit of the doubt, thinking my experience might have been a rare occurrence. My review reflects my personal experience and opinion. Any statements about "extortion" , "demanding a refund" , "defame" made in response by the salon are incorrect. I communicated my concerns politely and professionally, simply to see if anything could be done before posting a review. I now feel threatened and distressed by the response I received. Information I shared privately and in confidence has been made public, and false statements have been written about me. I reached out in good faith to resolve my concern, not to harm anyone's business. I'm disappointed that my honest feedback has been met with personal attacks instead of professionalism.

Dirty rooms and a security guard who goes in and out the business like he's on drugs. Their restroom is very dirty, many homeless hang out right outside and parking sucks. Avoid LaserAway at all costs. Take your business elsewhere.

I had acne stars and a lot or hyper-pigmentation that made me uncomfortable being make-up free. I began a 6-month, monthly adventure of microdermabrasion with Heather as my guide. Heather was very professional and caring. She helped set proper expectations - there would be peeling, but beautiful skin would emerge after - and always made sure I was comfortable, checking in on me a few days after the treatments to make sure all was well. I have to say, this was one of the best decisions ever! My skin was bright and glowing after the first treatment. It's been about 3 months since my last treatment and my skin still looks and feels youthful. I have people ask me what I put on my cheeks to make them glow! It's not what I put on but what Heather helped take off. I'm posting an un-touched, make-up free picture - something I would not have been confident doing before the treatment.
