Love my results, love Kate. I had Botox on my forehead and jaw and Juvederm in my lips. Kate was able to smooth out the wrinkles on my forehead while allowing me to continue to move my eyebrows. I hadn't planned on getting my masseters done, but BOY am I glad I did! It slimmed my round face and made my cheek bones stand out more!! Did about .5 of Juvederm to even out my lips, my upper is quite a bit smaller than my lower and now my pout is perfect. Will definitely be coming back to keep this new look up. If I could give this place zero stars I would .... The place is absolutely filthy and after being referred here by a friend I was horrified with my results. The exam room was not sanitary or up to code. I originally went for a full face touch up, I got my cheeks done, lips, and forehead. I ended up spending over $3,300. I have had my lip fillers done for years and usually go to a board certified plastic surgeon. I opted to go to a med spa to save money. Awful decision! First of all it was way more expensive and for my lip fillers the "nurse" used a cannula needle which is a huge hollow needle that was extremely painful. Those needles are not to be used for lip fillers. They can expose viruses and other harmful bacteria to surrounding tissue. A small needle with precision is always recommended. Because of this my lip became severely infected and I am still dealing with long term effects from the procedure stemming from an infection and virus that spread throughout my tissue of my top and lower lip. read more

Wow, just wow! Kate injected my lips today with Kysse and I couldn't be happier! She is extremely skilled, has an incredibly artistic eye and takes time to explain things in detail. MISLEADING! I paid for 1 hour and 15 minutes (custom facial) only received 35 mins. Fucking ridiculous. Then I called to clarify and they told me that they factor in their cleaning time (preparing the room / disinfecting surfaces) into the time that I paid for. This is such a rip off. Moreover, the cleanliness of the location and their all using safety precautions with covid. My experience today with Reanna was wonderful, her recommendation was great. I booked my appointment for the first available staff and I got Nadia. She was fantastic! I'm so glad I got my appointment with her. This review is way overdue but I have the time now. I gave this place a try some time in Aug of 2020 to get lip injections. The place is very nice, clean, and pretty professional staff too. The woman who initially helped me was Kate and introduced me to a new product called Kysse. I previously had Juvederm done but it had been a few years since my last injection. So, because of the Juvederm, Kate had to remove it from my lips in order for me to use the product Kysse. I had to wait 2 weeks to come back for my injections. Kate helped again and was great. The results were awesome but I was told that because of being swollen, the results may vary and if I needed more, I can come back in another 2 weeks to finish the vial. That's what I did, I came back in 2 weeks to be told I shouldn't add more and maybe wait another 2 weeks. It was tough for me because I was moving, so I could not come back and instead I had another procedure done that day (8-point lift). These visits were not cheap and I knew what I was getting myself into. However, if I'm told I can come back in 2 weeks for more and basically get told no once I made it back in 2 weeks, then what was the whole point in that? I remember calling again and I told the lady (I forgot her name :( ) my situation and I was told I was going to be charged more if I wanted more lip injection. I was not honored with what was initially told to me. I spent a lot of money here and to be treated as if I didn't was upsetting and disappointing. From now on, I stick to what I know. I went back to Laseraway and I have the results I want. Lesson learned! read more

I've been talking about Botox for awhile now and finally took the plunge. Amber came to my home, which with having two kids under the age of five, this is a bonus. Everything was clean and sterile. I was nervous about it hurting but she assured me it wasn't painful. She was done in less than a minute and I was pleasantly surprised. I had had a couple of hylapen "lip filler" sessions done in the past before discovering pretty please and was super unhappy with the results. My hair stylist referred me to Nadia and I could never be more grateful.
