I always like Pretty Threading. Today, was GREAT. Nena did my brows and I am so happy every time I look in the mirror. Normally after a tint I'm afraid to leave my house for a couple of days. Nena did SUCH a good job! The color she picked is flattering and natural. I could tell when she was applying the color that she was taking her time and cared about her work and it really showed. I've been coming to Pretty Threading since 2015. Everyone does an excellent job here.  I love that at the end of every visit you get a star and once you complete 10-12 visits you get a free threading. Sometimes there is a short wait but, believe me, it is worth it!!! The staff is very nice and friendly and in the 7yrs I've been going there I've never had a problem with a single one of them.  However, I have seen a couple of their clients be very rude and lash out at these women who are just working hard to make a living.  Even when the staff has been verbally attacked, they have NEVER said anything back. The last time I went there was one client (who has consistently been trouble) took it too far and I had enough.  After verbally abusing the staff, she threw her soiled tissues on the register and walked stormed out of the building in a fit!  The disrespect was too much for me to let slide.  I spoke up for the women at the Pretty Threading because I new that they would not do so for themselves.  My only regret is that this miserable, self-centered person is now trying to lash out at Pretty Threading in the Yelp and Google reviews. Side note: I know Saaz is no longer there but the other two ladies have been doing my eyebrows these past three times and they are as good as Saaz. I recommend everyone to try it, I'm sure you will love it. :) read more

I was lucky to find this place and Nena! She is awesome and super sweet. It was my first time getting my brows threaded and I was nervous at first but Nena eased my concerns and I soon felt totally safe & relaxed as she did her thing. I got my eyebrows threaded here and was scared they were going to make them too thin, but they look perfect now. The people there were very nice and I asked for shaping and no thinning and I got exactly what I wanted. My eyebrows look clean and even now. It's super fast and not nearly as painful as I thought it would be. It's also affordable. Highly recommend! read more

Yes, I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I enjoy pampering myself and that includes threading. Wanting to feel pretty, for my vacation to Asia, I dropped in just before closing, without an appointment and I wasn't turned away. Waited for less than ten minutes and was invited to my seat. I don't remember her name however, she was friendly, but more importantly, gentle. I can handle the threading above my brows however, I'm a wimp when it comes to the eyelids. While holding the skin around the area taut, she did her thing so smoothly that it caused me minimal tearing. I asked her to clean my brows and that's what she did. Shaping and some trimming and she put some type of powder on me to finish up. I wasn't experiencing any discomfort at all but the powder sure did smell nice. read more

Came here because it is right next to my house and had amazing reviews and I didn't feel like driving to my usual threading salon. I am so glad I was lazy because I found Nena! I was able to be taken right away and she was so nice and professional and even kindly informed me how I should be filling them in while they grow back. I wanted to try threading since my first and final eyebrow wax left my skin bumpy and agitated. I only recently started getting my eyebrows cleaned and shaped so it's been sort of a learning process but definitely waxing is not for me but threading could be! The whole process for getting my eye brows threaded was less than 10 (painful) minutes. The lady work quickly and precisely to give me the clean and shape I needed. After she was done, she dabbed hydrogen peroxide and aloe vera on my eye brows to soothe them. Despite the pain, I don't have any redness around my eye brows and no after burn like I experienced with the waxing. I would definitely try threading again, especially since it's significantly cheaper ($12 for threading, $18 for waxing) and so far less damaging to my skin. read more

I'm dead at how amazing this place is!!! I just got my eyebrows and lip done and they always do an incredible job. They reshaped my arch and trimmed brows to be super clean and dramatically perfect. THEN, I got my arms waxed!!! I have been waxing for 26 years and have NEVER had a more pleasant waxing experience. Amira was so thorough, gentle and "SUGARED" me! I recently moved out to the OC and needed to find a new eyebrow place. I drove by and saw a sign for eyebrow threading, went in and now this is my new favorite eyebrow place! Pretty Threading is awesome. Pretty was so sweet and nice, very friendly, and totally made me feel that she cared about my eyebrows. She gave me a frequent flyer card and even noted the style of my eyebrows to use next time I come, which was very impressive. Her helpers are nice too and do a great job with the threading. ****Update from below after owners comment: I don't know how you could have checked the transaction when we have not spoken nor do you have my information about the transaction. I did NOT get the combo I only got eyebrows done and total was $17 charged to my card because I left a $2 tip all though I was unhappy with the service and I am nice !!! --------------------------------------------- Check your receipt if you get one! I was over charged! When it was time to check out I was charged $15 ( seemed a little high to me ) either way I paid and left a tip too. I did not complain because maybe they had raised the prices, and I didn't know since I had not been here in a few months... To be sure as soon as I left the parking lot I called the phone number and ask for the price, the lady on the phone said $12.. Because I was in a hurry I didn't go back to complain but I will NOT be returning here. IF you read some of the other reviews you will find more complains about their shady business over charging people and changing the prices when they fill like it. This is very unethical! I been here many times in the past and never had any issue and always left happy but the fact that they conduct business this was makes me sick! read more

I got my eyebrows done by Nena today and I am amazed by her skills. She took her time and showed me what eyebrow shape looks the best for me. She walked me through why she is recommending the shape and explained why she is threading it the way she did. I had some empty spots on my brows and I don't usually wear makeup. I have been going here for last 3+ years also recommended to my friends and went here today for my eyebrows threading! After she was done with me and was time to pay she said I was last visited one month ago and she is going to charge me more because I need to go every two weeks! I told my eyebrows don't grow that fast and just by going ones a month it's enough for me, but she keep telling me if I don't go every 2weeks I have to pay her $5 more ! I don't know of any place to do business like this tell the customer if they don't go as often as they want you then you pay a penalty haha just wanting more business that's wrong! I did call to let the business owner know but no one picked up so I just let her a voicemail! Hoping that she stop harassing he customers about going back every 2week! read more

I have been going to Pretty threading Salon, since it opened many years ago. Over the years, I have had my eyebrows threaded by girls with expertise . They all have been extremely professional and very well trained . Pretty, the owner, is extremely skilled at her craft of threading. She takes great care to employ girls with threading experience and further trains them herself . The salon is neat and clean. Detail to hygiene is maintained at all times .
