Literally the worst. Most the time they aren't done all the way or they are so burnt that's all you taste. Marinara half the time is chunky like it hasn't been changed out. And it always takes 30-40 minutes to order and get them. And on top of that they are never the same price! One day it's 4 something the next it's 6 something the next it's 5 something and I never get accurate change. Only positive is how friendly the staff is. UPDATE Today they were $9.03. Jesus. The red headed woman working was extremely rude from the start. Waved her hands in front of me to show she was ready for me to slide my card, after expressing how irritated she was when I slid it too early. The pretzels were tasty, but we waited 25 minutes for them! The staff and manager seemed really disorganized. We went on Black Friday. They had zero pretzels in their warmer ready to go. Instead, they were rolling and baking pretzels as needed. Really? You're located in a mall. It's the busiest shopping day of the year. Awful, I ordered the cheese bites. They didn't ask me how many I wanted, they didn't have the sauce ready or running, I could tell they have been sitting out for a while cus the bread was hard and dry but the inside the doe wasn't cooked all the way and there was barely in cheese on the inside and the cheese was very hard, They didn't put butter or salt on the pretzel either so they were very unprepared. This is the worst pretzel maker I have been to. Never ready made, rude staff, and that red haired lady, honestly, I want to punch her in the face! While waiting for my pretzels to get out of the oven I watched a worker drop some dough on the ground and then pick it up then put it on the tray and then proceed to put it in the oven. Customer service was terrible as well. One worker (older lady) was having a personal conversation with other people about drugs, alcohol, and family issues while the other worker was face-timing on her phone. We waited 10+ minutes. Pros: Taste good, cooked all the way, easy to get, you don't pay much in the mall, enough product/materials ready Cons: Forgot some things we ordered, other people came it took longer for him to give us our food. On November of 2014-15, my mom, sister and me went to the mall to wait until my other sister got out of driver's ed. We were walking around the mall for about 15 minutes and we started to get the munchies. My mom was in the mood for giant pretzel, so we went to the middle of the mall and got homemade pretzels from a one man snack place called the Pretzel Maker. We went up and ordered our pretzels, sat down and waited. After we had ordered our food, he was so close to being done, he only need to make one more pretzel. But then, a big line of people showed up and started ordering lots of pretzels, making us have to wait even longer to get our pretzels. there were about six or seven other people in line to get their pretzels. The man made all of them their pretzels, and he forgot about our pretzels. He wrote down our order, but I guess he forgot to make ours. When everyone else left with their warm pretzels, we went up to him and asked where our pretzels were. He said they will be right there and that he was sorry that he forgot about ours. He got them ready and gave them to us, expecting that we would be mad at him, so he was very surprised when we didn't yell at him. I was so hungry! I took a bite of my giant, soft pretzel and my mouth exploded with flavor! I was so so so good! I was a bit surprised. That was probably the best soft pretzel I have had in a long time. I was glad that we got our pretzels but I think that he could have done better, but it is a one man job and that can be a little tough. Over all, I feel that my first time experience with the one man Pretzel Maker was a pretty good experience to have, even when you are hungry enough to eat a horse. Pretzel Maker was really helpful when it came to snacks and it is an easy way to get a snack in the mall without getting in trouble with their "no food in the mall" rule.
