Super chill spot for a weekday dinner with kids…read more The food is decent for chain restaurant. The service was good too. It's a nice location with lots of eclectic decor. We got the unlimited soup and salad and loved that we could try everything. The full rack of ribs was huge and tasted great. The kids mini burgers were 2 sliders and really good fries. The vibe was chill and we didn't feel bad that our kids were loud. Our only qualm was they didn't have non alcoholic beer on draft.

We arrived about 3pm on a Saturday afternoon there were approximately 5 tables between 3 servers. 2 hostesses and we waited about 5-8 minutes before someone approached the host stand and then were greeted by someone I assume was forced into approaching us. The second hostess approached and sat us. We waited approximately 10 minutes before the hostess came back and said our server was checking out a ticket and she would get our drinks. She brought back the drinks except the one that would come from the bar. The tea tasted like it had been sitting out for who knows how long and was soured. We waited approximately 20 minutes before we realized the waitress was getting the orders of the 3tables that had just been sat and still hadn't asked for ours and our drink from the bar (a non alcoholic one at that) still hadn't been delivered and still couldn't ask anyone to trade the tea out. We needed up getting up and walking out. As we left the table the waitress acknowledged us with "are you guys leaving" to which my husband said yes and she said "oh ok" and we left and unfortunately won't be back. This used to be one of my favorite places but consistent slow and poor service mixed with slightly overpriced food really has done us in. We left at 4pm went to Texas Roadhouse next door where the parking lot was overflowing as were the tables. We were greeted immediately, sat promptly, and somehow managed to have food all in less time than it took to be acknowledged and sat at Bjs.

You can also order food from Foothills Brewery. There is a small area with comfortable couches and also a bigger room with more seats and tables that is also rented out for private events. There are hot and cold drinks available like specialty coffee or teas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make your order fresh and quickly. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the high ratings…read more The employee was extremely rude and only allowed one sample spoon, which made the experience feel rushed and pressured. It didn't feel welcoming at all. The Italian ice itself didn't look fresh, but I still gave it a try. You also can't mix flavors, which is frustrating. I ordered two smalls, and it came out to $8, which is overpriced for what you get. The tangerine flavor tasted old and had a gummy texture, like it had clearly been frozen and refrozen. The sugar-free lemon was even worse -- it tasted like cardboard with an aftertaste that honestly reminded me of cigarette smoke. Shortly after eating it, my mom developed severe symptoms including intense stomach pain, nausea, gas, and ongoing digestive distress. Within about an hour she was in excruciating pain and doubled over. This was not a mild reaction -- it was extreme and very concerning. There absolutely needs to be a clear warning about the sweeteners used in the sugar-free options, or this product should not be served as-is. Customers deserve to know what they're consuming. Overall, poor service, questionable quality, and a genuinely concerning experience. I would not recommend.

That's what Mama Mia does for bagels, Kaiser rolls, Italian Christmas cookies, and more! The rainbow cookies were traveled and clearly not as fresh, and I imagine the bagels, etc. would suffer a bit from not being fresh either. Still, it's a nice alternative when you can't make the trip to NY yourself!
