I explained that I was only looking around to check the place out, but received no response. For a business located in an area that attracts many tourists and visitors, I would expect a more welcoming atmosphere. People often stop in to see what a business has to offer before deciding to return or make a purchase. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one was not positive. Because of this interaction, I will not be returning. Customer service plays a huge role in a business's success, and I hope management will address this and ensure future guests are greeted with friendliness and respect.

Us St. Louis folk were lured in from our aimless walk by *NSYNC playing outside & a big chess board set up, so wandered in & had some of their house-brewed libations & got our game on! Cool atmosphere & we liked the gentleman who was working the bar - didn't have to wait long even though it was fairly busy. They all seem like good people & we definitely had a great time!
