Once she learned I was new, she walked me through the menu. I went with the Build Your Own burrito bowl; though you can build your own tacos, burritos, quesadillas or nachos. You start by picking your favorite protein, I went with Barbacoa. Then you add as many fresh free toppings as you would like. I can say that I ate about half and took the rest home. My husband went with a mix & match taco basket, with a side of chorizo refried beans. The chorizo refried beans are so good, kind of jealous, though my black beans were also good. Next time, I may get the chorizo refried beans on my burrito bowl because, yes, they are part of the fresh free toppings. I also tried their Cucumber margarita, as I was a day too early for the Watermelon margarita. The bartender suggested adding jalapenos to the cucumber margarita next time. That was so tasty! You order from the counter and they bring the food to your table. While it seems like counter service, everyone was so attentive it was like have multiple servers taking care of everything.
