Everything here is great. Except the 1 Star goes to the jewelry store to the right soon as you walk in. I feel so cheated, they had me actually pay twice a repair to Brand New jewelry I bought bc of special thread that lead to stones that lead to the center gold looked horribly threaded and left it as if I had bought it at a second hand used store. The 2nd time it was nice but I can't believe David made me pay when it was their own bad work! He then tells you it's a deal but they should Not be charging (and a lot of money) in the first place to "make it perfect" as "promised". There is a vendor at this location called Young's Embroidery that we visited twice over the last 2 weeks. Our primary purpose was to buy blank t shirts in order to fulfill some orders for my business. We bought a couple kids shirts and they were 3 for $11.99. The signage outside the building says 3 for $10.99, but not a big deal. They have a wide selection of blank t shirts, long sleeves, sweaters, and hoodies to choose from. Personally, I would only purchase from here if I really, really needed something super last minute that I couldn't get anywhere else. I am not someone who writes bad reviews but this is very important for others to not fall in the pit, I fell. I gave them a stone to work on and they ruined the original gemstone that I gave. They promised me to work on it in 2 weeks even after 3 week work was not done and when I went to the shop, the owner gave me the chipped gemstone. It lowered the value of the original stone I gave them. Owner tried overwhelming me by being rude to me so that I just keep my mouth shut and take the chipped stone back. I had bought a gold chain earrings and a cross and then I took my daughter in to get a price on selling her ring engagement ring and spoke to Diego, very very very nice and professional. I also brought my other daughter the next day, and I wanted to get her nameplate with her children's name on it bought her kind of a little choker one and another one that little bit longer with the other name. I used to come do my nails here sometimes in high school && ohh man they do such a horrible job and on top of that you wait literally FOREVER! I do enjoy coming in here for the jewelry side. They customize anything for you and they have A TON of gold and styles to choose from. They pierced my sons ears for $20 that's good if you ask me cuz they were charging us about $50 at plaza Bonita mall. this place used to be the shiiiit as a child & adult, i got my ears pierced here (in the middle) and they came out great. but when i took my wedding ring to get sized at the jewelry spot to the right (the big one) they changed the style of the band and made it thinner (not what you want to see in your rose gold band!). i paid $130 and i thought they were going to add gold and leave the integrity of the ring intact which they did not do. i picked up my ring with a different finish, it was thinner and had a 'flatter' look when it was originally rounded. sad sad wife. read more

So are you looking for that affordable jansport less than AT LEAST $30? are you looking for something for your wedding? are you looking for those GOLD rings and necklaces? because there are like 4 or more different jewelers in there, it's wierd. There's even a nail salon in there, what the heck! There are a few shops in here, and there is a lower level but there isn't much down there, just a small bridal shop, a shoe discounter store, and a music store, not much selection in those spots except the bridal stuff! That's what I went there for, for some reason the hours of operation for that little dress shop downstairs on is 10a-8p every monday-saturday, and sunday its closed, but yeah I went there like TODAY a SATURDAY and it was closed, at 5p and didn't even explain WHY! I go here quite often and it is mostly for getting my eyebrows waxed and to get tortas. This is my go to place when i need to get some TLC for my brows, $5 for just your eyebrows which already includes tip. It is a cash only place, so make sure you come prepared. The workers don't speak very good english but they still get their job done. I prefer having one of the female's do my eyebrows because the male worker seems to make mine a little bit too thin at times but if it's busy i just suck it up and go with him. The torta place has bad customer service, both times I have been there they were not that friendly and it is kind of hard to know if you pay after you order or before because it is hard to distinguish who is in line and who is not and who is just hanging out there. I like their tortas and the strawberries con crema is ok. But you can't expect the best customer service from this place. read more

I got my gown for a military ball from the shop downstairs and it was only $90, which is a steal compared to the $150 I was seeing from online retailers. There's also a little shop at the front with a lot of cute backpacks for kids. We get one here every year for my baby sister. It's also cash only. There's a fresh produce place by the entrance and the corner by Payless. If you want a quick chamango fix, it's the place to go. Their tostilocos and fruit salads are also good. However, the line can get chaotic so just make sure the workers see you so they can take your order. Downstairs has cheap formal dresses and heels. I bought a dress I wore for a wedding and for prom for only $40. Saw a same girl at prom wearing one just like it and she said she paid $100 wherever she got it. (She may have been lying, but if it's true.. I was definitely more happy with my purchase. If you need some nice heels but don't think you'll be wearing them a lot, buy your heels here. Robbed, cheated and lied to. This place has been serving me and my family right for some time, up until now. I spoke with one of the owners Fernando about new sweaters I provided for them to apply my companys Logo. My sweaters were ruined. Burned material and mispelled words! 1 was replaced n 1 was salvaged. Before leaving Fernandos store, I specifically explained to Fernando that my companys logo was printed on the sweater regardless of it being burned and that I will need it back when he was done showing his employee.
