I would give this store zero starts if I could. Absolutely filthy store it's no concern for customers at all. See the pictures I've posted of the restroom tonight, Sunday October 11 at 6:10 PM. The store management there does not care at all about customer service. I have had several complaints about this store in the past and spoken to the manager. She did not care at all and basically brushed me off.

It's like stepping back in time to 1994. Pink and green theme thats very out dated, the employees are 14 yr old kids, great place to avoid.

When we entered the building, it was the quaintest, little urban shop--a counter with prepared foods on the left and a trendy restaurant entrance on the right. The market in the middle was full of curated items intended to capture customers. From fancy jarred items to unique serving tools, there was a curiosity around every corner. When we looked over the divider to the bar area, we were captivated. They advertised a happy hour that included six dollar drafts and sangrias. So, we figured we would give it a try. My husband ordered a Peroni, and I ordered one of the three specialty sangrias--the garden sangria. Since the happy hour appetizer offerings didn't interest us much, we opted to order Kalamata Polenta Frites off the regular menu. When the sangria arrived, it was garnished beautifully. The muddled fruit was an intriguing addition to the semi-sweet wine concoction--truly garden variety. While my husband's Peroni was pretty straightforward, the polenta frites knocked our socks off. They were piping hot. They were incredibly crispy. They were creamy and flavorful in the center and accompanied by a complementary dipping sauce. An item we have never experienced before in our pretty diverse travels. Needless to say, we never made it to Chianti.

There's a lovely space where a private event was just about to start that is located right behind the bar area. Took a few minutes to walk around the market and everything is immaculate with lots of great choices. It's definitely much smaller than a regular supermarket, but it's an open, airy space that I understand was taken over by a local couple recently.

I've been a long time customer of The Fresh Market and they are my go to for fresh flowers,…read moreproduce, ready made hot food, baked goods and the list goes on. I especially like their butcher counter where you can grab marinated meats and custom cut steaks etc...Unfortunately, on this visit I was disappointed that they ran out of their daily special. By the afternoon they no longer had any whole or half portions of ribeye. It's nice when you can have it custom cut to your liking. When I'm out and about, it's not always easy to get there so early so it's a bummer when you are intent on something specific. I really like their fruit tarts too. They come individual sized, as well as a standard pie size. It's the perfect bite after a meal or whenever as it's not too sweet and it's quite good. Lastly, the shop is always nicely organized and the staff is helpful. All this makes for a regularly pleasant shopping experience.

Made the best Chimichurri tacos on the grill tonight courtesy of Fresh Markets meat counter and their amazing marinade!! So glad the gentlemen at the meat counter were so prompt and helpful while I was making my selections. I will definitely return for the meat counter. It was my husbands birthday, so I also grabbed a cake and some desserts for the fam -- the cakes are about what you would pay at Price Chopper, but in my opinion, they appear to be made with more attention to detail. If you're having a hard time finding birthday candles with numbers, they have a huge selection next to the cake counter and some Birthday cake pieces as well. The way to shop at this store is by learning the regular sale days. Tuesdays deals are: $5.00 12 inch pizza $3.99/lb Chicken Breast $5.99/lb ground beef $5.00 rotisserie chicken Fridays deals are: 2 for $5 burgers Each week they choose a different fresh deal, so you'll likely find a deal for $5.00/lb meat. This evening it was carne asada chicken breast cutlets. Other elements that I really enjoy is that their olive bar has Dolmas!! It's the only one that I know of that carries them in the area. Never realized how difficult it is to find specialty food until I moved back to Saratoga from Texas. Plus, my kiddos love going with me for the candy by the pound jars -- they really love getting to make their own selection and mix. While I do find the market to have steeper prices, I do enjoy the convenience, but I have to shop the deals.
