No call for prior authorization or nothing like that at all. After a heated argument I assume the owner said he would take the parts off but because I was full of S#!t that I would have to pay $380.00 in labor. I heard a guy in the back ground say, "I'm not putting it back together if I have to take of the new parts." So we had to pay and pick up our fully assembled non running Jet Ski. If there were a place to put negative stars I would. I've never been treated like that. I am a former Service Manager myself and have never ever heard of such a thing.
