Every time I have gone in, there has been a different girl at the front counter. I mentioned that to one of them and she said they hired a few new people. So, perhaps they are fixing the issue as found in some of the other reviews. I have also called once and the girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I have not had my RV serviced there because their schedule is quite full. And if you look at the reviews for the other RV service center in Fairbanks, you will see why. But, when I do need service, this is where I will be heading.

On a day's notice they fit us in, completed everything by 5pm same day, and charged a reasonable price. The cherry on top was that we forgot to unlock the spare on the swing out, but they figured out where the key to the lock was and unlocked it and rotated the tires then re-locked it and returned the key. Secretary scheduled me for a Tuesday, however didn't hear anything until Thursday evening where they sent me the codes that I had already pulled off with my code reader. Friday morning, I get a message that I will be charged extra due to liquid melting back of my truck. Well after a $400 bill $260 tow bill to get the truck to this location and then another $200 bill to get it towed to another shop. I'm into this over $800 for them to pull a couple computer codes off of my truck that already done. I recommend going to Pearson's auto or gas and diesel doctor if you're in the Fairbanks area.
