While on the road, we lost all power to the house batteries. Showing up Monday, these guys…read morediagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and sent us on our way for well under $100. I bought a DC to DC converter because we have lithium batteries, and couldn't get it installed myself. The tech, Craig, came in on Saturday and worked through it with me. Because of their flexibility and skill, we are on the road, better than before and very grateful.

I called and scheduled a PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection) for 2 weeks later. I dropped off my RV…read moreTravel trailer on 18 June. I also provided a rather long list of items that I had concerns about and needed to be checked. The list was prioritized so they knew what to work on first and what they couldn't get to by my 26 June deadline would just have to wait and I would bring it back at another time. After returning home, I found the bathroom vent cover along the side of the road so I called to make sure that fixing that was top priority since we were expecting a lot of rain. On 27 June, 1 day later than I told them I needed the RV done by, I arrived to pick it up. NOTHING had been done. The PDI had not been done, the vent cover was not fixed, they hadn't even found a new table leg for me, which was another priority fix. I had to wait and come back at 5 pm to pick it up. Oh, home is 30 miles from this service center so my 3 kids and I had to find stuff to do for 4 hours while the work was done. When I finally got home I found they did get me a table leg, they charged me $18 a piece for 2 table legs. One was new, and one was dented and scratched. The following day I received a call from one of their technicians. He couldn't find his impact hammer (cordless drill). I looked all throughout the RV and found nothing. We headed out on our scheduled trip and drove 400 miles from Fairbanks to Anchorage. After getting some supplies at Target and Caebela's. I came out of the store to find, a cordless drill on the edge of the RV's roof!

If I could rate a business less than one star I would . These people are the worst of the worst. I…read morecouldn't have been more fleeced or more ripped off if I asked them to actually rip me off. I received a 7,500 grant from The Dept of Vocational rehabilitation it took me over a year to get this grant and when I was blessed with that money I was overjoyed. This happy feeling was short lived , after Gabes having my Hummer for over three months called and said it was fixed that same day I wound up on the side of the road NOT FIXED. This would take place 6 more times . Gabes NEVER got close to fixing my truck they charged me 1600 for "parts" and another 6400 for labor ?! They replaced my radiator which was not leaking and and then started charging me out of my pocket for anything they tried after the initial. The reason I kept trying was I had so much money there already common sense says they owed me my repairs . The last time it went back my engine got so hot I was convinced it was destroyed. after all this I took it to Lithia and it's still costing me huge money but at least now it works. I hate Gabes . They don't deserve a repeat customer, I hope you will learn from My experience and not lose any time, sleep, trust, and possibly your entire vehicle.

They have always been honest, transparent and don't try and upsell. Prices that they charge for services rendered are extremely competitive and fair. I recently bought a 2009 Arctic Cat TBX 650 from Northern Power Sports of Fairbanks, AK. SO this…read morereview is based on this transaction. Craig the salesman was professional and knowledgeable about the different models of Arctic Cat ATV's they had in stock. I chose the '09 TBX for several reasons. First the ability to add a pull starter to the ATV, which can be a life saver in the bush. I like the longer wheelbase and dumbbox on the TBX as well. I added stock handwarmers with the thumb warmer, rear bumper, front winch, and upgraded the tires to ITP Mud Lites. The reason they did not rate a solid 5 stars is this. During the spec.out of the ATV, I wanted a rear winch as well. They told me in the beginning that I would need a special mounting plate for the winch. I was told this would be done with the winch installed for $500. Keep in mind you can get a 3000# Warn winch for $169 when you purchase a new ATV. Anyway since I had a winch put on the front they would not give me the same deal on the rear winch. So I declined the offer and moved on. Later I found the rear bumper for the TBX in a flyer hey had. It sold for $209 and would let you mount a winch in the rear without the special plate. Finding this I again asked for the rear winch for the $169 price, only to be told the best deal I could get was double that price. So I declined the winch and kept the bumper as I can find an aftermarket winch cheaper. Next I upgraded my stock tires from the Quad Pro's to ITP Mud Lites. I was only given a trade in of $25.00 per tire. They said they only sell the "trade tires for $50 and that is why I only got the $25 trade in per tire. Yet when we looked up the tires they listed them for $99 - $109 per tire. But if he keyed them in as "trade tires" they came up as $50. So I wonder since they are new tires and just sitting there if they really sell them for "trade in" tires or "new tires". My money says they get the full price for the tires. So I ask, why don't you give me "your cost" per tire or at least the $50 sale price of the "trade in" tires since you won't lose any money. Nope.... This seems to me to be a case of sqeasing every last penny out of parts being sold twice. This is what left a bad taste in my mouth. But other than this they did ok. My total price was $8900.00 Seems to me they would work a little harder to keep customers real happy in this market.

Most horrible service ever. After keeping my ATV for a year, it only ran for a month before it…read morebroke down again after about $5000 in parts & labor.
