Every time I have gone in, there has been a different girl at the front counter. I mentioned that to one of them and she said they hired a few new people. So, perhaps they are fixing the issue as found in some of the other reviews. I have also called once and the girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I have not had my RV serviced there because their schedule is quite full. And if you look at the reviews for the other RV service center in Fairbanks, you will see why. But, when I do need service, this is where I will be heading.

The list was prioritized so they knew what to work on first and what they couldn't get to by my 26 June deadline would just have to wait and I would bring it back at another time. After returning home, I found the bathroom vent cover along the side of the road so I called to make sure that fixing that was top priority since we were expecting a lot of rain. On 27 June, 1 day later than I told them I needed the RV done by, I arrived to pick it up. NOTHING had been done. The PDI had not been done, the vent cover was not fixed, they hadn't even found a new table leg for me, which was another priority fix. I had to wait and come back at 5 pm to pick it up. Oh, home is 30 miles from this service center so my 3 kids and I had to find stuff to do for 4 hours while the work was done. When I finally got home I found they did get me a table leg, they charged me $18 a piece for 2 table legs. One was new, and one was dented and scratched. The following day I received a call from one of their technicians. He couldn't find his impact hammer (cordless drill). I looked all throughout the RV and found nothing. We headed out on our scheduled trip and drove 400 miles from Fairbanks to Anchorage. After getting some supplies at Target and Caebela's. I came out of the store to find, a cordless drill on the edge of the RV's roof!

I've taken my vehicle to a place with two certified Subaru mechanics in Anchorage. Both places noticed very bad mechanic work done on the vehicle all corresponding to the service records I had. The bad mechanic work includes and not limited to the the wrong bolts in the wrong spots, missing bolts, faulty gaskets, and more. My suggestion is to stay away from this place.

I received a 7,500 grant from The Dept of Vocational rehabilitation it took me over a year to get this grant and when I was blessed with that money I was overjoyed. This happy feeling was short lived , after Gabes having my Hummer for over three months called and said it was fixed that same day I wound up on the side of the road NOT FIXED. This would take place 6 more times . Gabes NEVER got close to fixing my truck they charged me 1600 for "parts" and another 6400 for labor ?! They replaced my radiator which was not leaking and and then started charging me out of my pocket for anything they tried after the initial. The reason I kept trying was I had so much money there already common sense says they owed me my repairs . The last time it went back my engine got so hot I was convinced it was destroyed. after all this I took it to Lithia and it's still costing me huge money but at least now it works. I hate Gabes . Worst repair place next to Gabe's & American Tire Warehouse. Boss had his motorhome have the brakes…read morereplaced & cost nearly $5,000.00. When he went to pick up his motorhome he waited for 45min. before he found out his motorhome was all done. He opened the door & found a wiring harness laying on the floorboard. He asked the mechanic what that was for & was told they couldn't get the steps to go up when the door closed. They had zip-tied the steps up & even tried to hotwire the motor to try to get the steps to go up. They over looked a switch that had to be turned to make the steps retract. Bunch of dumb fucks
