The facility is exceptionally well kept and you can tell they take care of the premises. The amenities included the major things I was looking for: 1) drive up access to unit 2) no long term contracts 3) flexibility to change unit size when needed They even provide a moving truck and driver for free to help haul your stuff to the unit. I called this place because of the high yelp review. I called many storage places asking for information and prices to store my RV and I tell you what a difference when I talked to Alex. She was very helpful and very professional over the phone. So I told Alex that I'm interested in visiting the facility that day. I was a bit concerned about the low price that the facility would be rundown. But I was very surprised to see that the facility was secured and very clean. Good customer service, good price , clean secured place and great location too. Easy to go in and out of the facility. I am a very satisfied customer. I've had an amazing experience so far with Price Self Storage. I booked my unit online and got a follow-up call to confirm within just a few minutes. I went down the next day and spent a brief moment filling out paperwork and then got my storage unit. When I opened it up, everything was clean and tidy. From outside I could see cameras had eyes on the roll up door and that gave a good sense of security. I had the pleasure to use the complimentary moving truck and found that to be really helpful, too. So far my interactions with Jason, Leah, and Ally have been outstanding. MOVING OUT! They raised my pricing without a 30 notice. I started looking around for another place. Low and behold guess what?? I found another place right here in Corona for $54.00 a month cheaper for the same size unit. Also, the other place told me that if I have home owners or renters insurance I wouldn't have to buy their insurance every month. Bonus!! I never knew that. I went in today to talk with the Manager about it. I let her know that I was very disappointed her professionalism by not telling me that option that I had. She gave me some kind of excuse. I told her that I am and adult and should have been told as I am the customer and it's my money. I also told her that her profession is not my profession. I count on people to tell me all my options. I found the office pretty quick near main street, and I was greeted by the friendly associate there Leah and Brittany. They both are super friendly and cool the whole process of renting was fast. Rented a storage unit today. When I called a week ago to reserve had great customer service. Today once again amazing costumer service. My reservation wasn't until Saturday but I had to rush my move showed up today Thursday and they were still able to accommodate me no problem! Quick and easy. You can just tell the security is top notch. If you don't type your own code in when you leave and come in and your unit is tampered with they are immediately informed through security system. So I feel very at ease having my sentimental items in storage here especially compared to other options in the area. They have never had a break in here and I see why. Awesome! Everyone I met was very nice and helpful. used it for a few months while decluttering my house to show and sell, and buying the new one. I had another unit at another facility, (they were equally nice too!), but this one is much closer to my new house, and I needed a place for the last of the clearing out of the old house phase. Check in and out was fast, easy and very professional. They also go around cleaning and checking units all the time! Had an initial problem with the unit door, it was fixed in less than about 5 min!! Do NOT fall for this. I have stored my things at this location for quite awhile. I was lured in by a good rate - which quickly disappeared. Ever since I've been there the price increases every few months ( At least 10/mo), so I'm paying way more than the unit is worth and I'm faced with now having to find another place to rent where they don't keep jacking the price up. If you do decide to rent a unit here (and therefore have lots of extra money to burn) then make sure they provide the rental truck they promise. When I moved in they then told me the truck was being repaired and they couldn't do anything about it. read more

After I have spoke with them they approved for truck usage for 3 extra miles after my credit card was charged they said I would only get 1 hour instead of the 2 hours when I contested that they over the 3 miles they cancelled my transaction and said they don't want to do business with me and that came from the Regional Manager Michael Haynes. I can't believe I am giving a storage unit 5 stars. This business is incredible. The level of customer service doled out here is unparalleled. It is ran by a husband and wife team that are the nicest people running anything. Usually at a storage unit, the office staff is not nice or mean, they just work there. You don't develop an opinion about them if you're lucky. This couple goes out of their way to be nice. They are friendly when you call, they've stayed open late for me and even open the gates when they see me struggling. It's clean, the prices are more than reasonable and whoever owns this place should be thrilled with their employees. One month I paid and walked out without getting my $80 in change which I later thought I lost until a phone call from them told me they had a surplus, went over their books and figured out it was my money. Price Self Storage is GREAT! Move in was easy, the onsite manager was very friendly and efficient. Recently, I inquired about whether they were doing anything to prepare for all the rain, etc for the upcoming El Nino. Much to my delight, they are being very proactive, and cleaning out gutters, stocking up on sand bags, replacing weather stripping, etc. Jimmy is the BEST!! Worst experience ever!!!! First the storage unit they rented to me over the phone was 2 feet smaller than stated. When I told them this they told me the sizes were approximate only! Hello, approximate is a few inches, not 2 feet. I had to size up and pay more to get the 2 feet I had paid for to begin with!!! The first month free is a joke, as you only get that on certain size storage units. I also never received a bill and was told it would come by email and/or paper bill. Got a phone call at 1pm on the day the bill was due and was told I had to pay by 6:30pm or I would be charged a late fee. I asked why I had not received an email or a paper bill. Was told they no longer do that, but could I drive down by 6:30 to pay my bill. Well since I have moved out of state that is a bit difficult!!! Offered to pay over the phone, but they do not take payments over the phone. Offered to pay on line, but I am pulling my belongings out of storage 6 days before my billing cycle ends, and they cannot accept a prorated payment on line. Very very frustrated with this company. Why did they wait until 1pm on the last day my bill was due to call me? read more
