This place is the worst. I've had a unit here for over fifteen years and am about to finally cancel and move my things out. The prices are ridiculous and paying over 500 a month in insanity. This place was great to work with initially and Candace the manager is amazing. My problem is my unit was broken into by another tenant and clearly on camera, and the company went ahead with auctioning off the delinquent units with my stolen items in it and clearly visible on the auction pictures. After the sheriff talking with them, the district manager still put the items on auction knowing they were auctioning my dad's stolen items. The district manager never returned my messages. I recently rented a storage locker here and was both surprised and impressed. This was actually a pleasant experience in every respect...I really like that you can reserve a locker on-line when the office is closed without having to pay ...it was easy and straight forward. Their phone system is also simple and straight forward and the employee's are helpful and communication is excellent. I spoke with Candace on the phone to check availability and pricing and she also helped me when i arrived. The process was quick and it was a pleasure dealing with her. DO NOT rent from Corona Self Storage. I moved our RV to another storage facility and went to CSS to pay my balance (today is 10/6). When Oscar told me I owed over $100, I nearly fainted. He told me my new month started yesterday so he was charging me for a full month. $101.25 for one day! I explained that my charge should be prorated. He refused. My wife and I are senior citizens barely scraping by on Social Security. $101 is a lot of money to us. CSS will now turn around an rent our space to someone else, charging the new renter a full month even though they raped us. The facility is also loaded with derelict cars. Signing a contract means nothing. The company throws both the customers, and their employees trying to help you, under the bus with no care. I moved to Ranch RV & Self Storage in Lake Elsinore - cheaper, newer, air conditioned, and the office is always staffed. read more

When I signed up for this unit, I never thought I would be getting vandalized where I stored all my new items for my new home. The 2 individuals who are supervisors there weren't helpful and didn't know what to do or follow procedure. Their cameras are old where you couldn't even zoom in the car license plates of vehicle these men used to take all my belongings. On top of that, I only have a code to access the storage and somehow the robbers had my personal code to get into the storage. How is that possible when the store unit provides me with that code and no one else has it. I don't recommend this storage and for anyone else this place isn't safe. Not to mention my unit was THE ONLY storage vandalized. read more

We had a terrible experience at this location. I made an online reservation on a Monday to reserve a unit to move into on that Saturday and in the confirmation email, it said that a manager would call me to go over details about the unit. I never received a call, no big deal. So I show up to the location on that Saturday around 10:30 am only to find that there was a sign that said the manager would be back at 12:15. Okay, kind of inconvenient, but no problem. We come back at 12:15 and there is still nobody there. I call corporate to see what's going on and they called the manager on duty that day to see what's up. The gentleman at the corporate office told me that she was stuck in traffic and would be back in 15 minutes. Okay no worries. But when the staff person finally showed up, she got out of the passenger side of her friends car and didn't even acknowledge that she was late or apologize for making us wait outside. No words were exchanged until she told us to sit down and that was when I told her how dissatisfied I was with the whole situation, especially since I had made a reservation earlier that week. She said she had to run "important errands" that apparently take 2 hours to do. She never apologized. She never owned up to her mistake of being unattentive. She had a hard time even finding our reservation. And on top of that, we needed to use the free move-in truck that came with the unit, but she unsympathetically said that we needed to make an appointment in advance for it. How we're we supposed to know that? Once we realized that she didn't care about our business, we got up and left. So at this point there had been no attempt to remedy the situation. No ownership and no professionalism at all. I called corporate and had a lengthy conversation with them about the complete lack of service and attention we received. You should be expecting a call from your district manager within the next couple days. I'm not one to complain, but this pushed me over the edge and inspired me to let others know about my experience so that someone else doesn't have to waste their time and energy having to deal with the apathetic staff at this location. read more

I can't believe I was suckered into using this place to store my things! I'm new to the place and wasn't properly informed of all the extra fines and fees and what I was being charged for(my fault for not making sure that first day but I trusted the "new" manager) I'm almost 100% sure the same woman that treated me so rudely today was in fact the SAME woman that greeted me with a big smile and pleasant as all hell to me that first day. I'm shocked at the complete 180 her attitude/demeanor has changed in just a month. Honestly, I'm kinda taking it personal. I almost asked her if I did something to her that would justify treating me the way she did but decided it would get me no where. She didn't explain key fees/rules every renter should know and I think she was just trying to cover her own self by pretty much telling me I'm a liar and it was explained.... even though when asked if it was her that rented me the unit last month she couldn't recall I asked to speak to her boss and she told me she would give her boss my info. I then asked for the number so I could make sure her boss did indeed get my request to speak with him/her and she told me no! I asked for corporate number and she told me she wasn't allowed to give out that information.....!what kind of business is this?! And to top it off I had to pay $105 for rent and late fees when I didn't even move into the unit until the 12th of last month... so doing the math... I've been here one month and a few days now and have paid $190!!!!! The only reason I chose this location was because the $63 a month (month to month) agreement. I feel bamboozled and totally takin advantage of by this storage place... and I have no way of contacting anyone of higher rank or even customer service to make this complaint ‍‍ UPDATE:: I've reached out to that email address, still no reply to my messages read more

Super clean, affordable, and safe! This is definitely one of the nicer self-storage places in the area, and the location is very convenient to the expressway. However, what really sets this facility apart from others is the fantastic staff. Zandra has taken excellent care of us from Day 1; her advice and assistance have made a huge difference in what would otherwise be a super stressful time. Do not get a storage here unless you have hours to waste. The office hours are false. No one is EVER in the office. You need to make an appointment just to get in the office and once you do finally find someone to help you they want you to bend to THEIR schedule The customer service here is horrible. I have multiple units here and I have only been ONE time when the office was open. They always put the closed sign up that says they'll be back later BUT they are there inside!! Elevators never worked well since I started keeping my stuff here. You have to do a weird procedure to get the door to latch correctly or the elevator won't move. And apparently if you're not careful, the outer door will close then not open, leaving your stuff stuck in there. It just so happened the stuff that got stuck in the elevator was very old and very valuable. This happened on a Sunday around 3p. There is nobody there on Sundays. Can't get a hold of anyone accept customer service which was of no help. Spent hours there guarding the elevator so nobody would steal our stuff. Went back at 6am Monday morning and waited till someone got there at 9am so someone could finally get the door open. The girl running the office was defensive and in my opinion not empathetic. We were giving our feedback about not being happy about the situation and stating that the elevator needs to be fixed. Instead of getting defensive and irritated when the issue is obviously the fault of your company, make up for the issue by promising to report the issue to management and get the issue permanently fixed so it won't happen again. To be fair they did eventually offer a 2 week credit, but that's not even close to making up for the combined 6 hours or so that we spent guarding our stuff in the elevator before someone could open the door. And we were given absolutely 0 assurance that this wouldn't happen again. Apparently they've had someone out 5 times trying to fix the elevator. Can't trust this place. We'll be moving our stuff out ASAP and using the stairs. read more
