I rented a car from Priceless 8201 Benrua St, Orlando, FL32827 through Priceline May 8-15. Pickup went smooth. On Thursday May 14 went to get in car it would not start. We did not leave lights on or anything. Called priceless for help and got no assistance. I was told they need to contact manager. No one would come give us a jump start or assist. I was told if they come to tow their car it would be pricey. Luckily I had AAA. Upon arriving at their location I was told I would have to contact their manager Bana tomorrow. I talked to Nana about refund for one day and she said I had to email their office. That was my worst experience on rental cars. They advertise very low rates to get you in the door, but when you arrive they refuse to accept your existing auto insurance coverage for the rental. Instead, they insist you buy their coverage at a ridiculous price or they won't let you take the vehicle. I booked what should have been a great deal ($200) to rent an average car. They claimed my State Farm insurance was insufficient adding a $350 up charge. Pre-charged for tolls, along with multiple other add-ons. Total increased price for a week rental was $1459. They don't seem to have improved at all. Booked a 1 day rental for Saturday 4 April from 8am until 6pm before flight back to UK. Managed to get shuttle bus OK around 10.30am a little later than planned. When we arrived at the office, no car was available. A very surly woman then informed me it would not be ready for 3 hours! The guy then said they would get another car in about 30 mins. In total we were at their office for 90 minutes and as it's in the middle of no where we were stuck. A car eventually was returned and we took it straight away not waiting for it to be cleaned due to the shortness of time. We returned it at 5pm with no issues, a nice guy drove us in the shuttle bus back to MCO. Do not use this company for parking or rental They have extremely rude managers on duty that try to belittle the customers and make them pay for extra fees and insurance. The van to the airport never arrives as guaranteed when you book with them. The rude manager tries to over-talk you and tell you she is too busy and your issue is not important to her. The agents at the desk tell you the phones were turned off when you try to call and get picked up from your flight and you are forced to take an uber or taxi to the lot to get your car. Employees tell you how bad management is to them. When you try to ask for upper management everything is a runaround and they try to convince you that you are in the wrong. Upper management denies that they have any phone records of your calls to the lot from the airport and that they are done dealing with argumentative customers and would help if you didn't complain (lies- they won't help do anything) NONE of what they say is true! I will never use them again and I highly recommend that you spend a couple more dollars a day at one of the other local companies that are much more reputable (and just be aware-- by the time this lot adds in their hidden fees in their billing, you will end up spending more money for this unfriendly lot than others that treat their customers appropriately. I am not a review type person but this was beyond the pale. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM PRICELESS AT TAMPA AIRPORT. If your car insurance isn't accepted by Priceless, AND if you don't have at least $100,000 in coverage, AND if you don't have a $250 or lower deductible, Priceless will make you buy their EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE auto insurance or they will cancel your reservation right there. if you've prepaid, you're out of luck - they will not give you your money back. I rented a car for $40 but my Allstate insurance deductible is $500 (not $250) so they said I needed to buy the Priceless auto insurance for $400 extra per day. When I refused they cancelled my reservation. This same thing happened to about 15 people in line - literally all of them left with no car except for one lady who had an emergency and so she paid an extra $800. People were going nuts - all but one who paid $800 extra left without a car, taking Ubers back to the airport or calling family to pick them up from Priceless. Also, Priceless is NOT NEAR THE TAMPA AIRPORT. You need to wait a LONG TIME for the shuttle and it's a 20 minute drive to a very shady industrial area. I'd be careful going there if you are a woman. So, I know I'm a salmon swimming upstream against all these negative reviews, but our experience with Priceless in Orlando was actually pretty good. I've had bad experiences before with cut-rate, off-airport car rentals, mostly because they add so many fees and charges that you end up paying twice the advertised rate. But I have to say Priceless made good on their low price. I booked through carrentals.com and paid exactly the advertised amount. The Orlando facility, on Narcoossee Blvd, was kind of dark and sketchy-looking the night we arrived, but the agent was courteous and knew his stuff. They took my AmFam insurance just fine. I got a free upgrade from compact to intermediate, and the Nissan Optima was almost brand new and very clean. The shuttle was on time and the driver was courteous. Can't really ask for a lot more than that, especially at the low price point. I can't speak to their consistency since we've only rented there once, but our experience was quite good. I go to Orlando once or twice a year and I'll definitely use them again next time. read more

Recording says shuttle every fifteen minutes, but they "ran out of cars" and left me (and others) waiting for hours. Priceless is supposed to be open til midnight. I got to the shuttle stop at 11:10 pm. I had a confirmation and deposit paid. I waited. I called and the recoding said shuttle runs every 15-20 minutes. I waited in the heat and humidity until midnight. No shuttle. I finally bailed and was able to secure another car (at a higher price, of course). If they had announced on their voice message that they were now closed, I would have avoided the hour long wait for the shuttle. I would have been annoyed, but not have posted this review. This company is a complete scam and unprofessional. After arriving at Ft. Lauderdale airport we made the call for the shuttle since the rental facility is off-air port. The call went to voice mail indicating voice mail wasn't accessible. I proceeded to make a series of calls after the initial call spaced apart about 10 minutes between each while walking my family to the shuttle area in hopes to catch a shuttle. Still no response. After a time a shuttle did arrive, but told us there was no room for us and would have to return. We finally arrived to the rental center. The "PENALTY" for using my insurance was a $1500.00 DEPOSIT which they hold on to for two weeks after returning the car. No other car rental company has ever done this to me. Additionally, there were a number of random extortion fees with arbitrary names totaling around $200.00 in addition to toll fees, taxes, etc. The car we were given was barely road legal with strange grinding noises and bald tires which would not hold the road. I took the car back immediately to report this and request a different car. NOT an upgrade, just a decent car that felt safe with tread on the tires. They informed me that they didn't have any more cars to rent, and that I would be penalized for canceling the rental. They had about 100 cars squeezed inside and out of the facility, so this was a lie. They informed me that if the car breaks down or the tires go flat, they would retrieve the car. The car was beat up. Scratched up, broken plastic everywhere, missing emblems, ripped up trim, dents etc. I wondered if I was just the rare exception so I started reading reviews. We have NEVER experienced the level of shady business dealings as we did with this company. We were 1 of SEVEN groups who arrived at Priceless in Tampa, NONE OF WHICH left with a vehicle. To begin with, I called Priceless to see if they were actually on-site at the airport prior to renting using Economy Bookings. I was told that they were. That was untrue. We had to wait for some time for a shuttle that took us on a 20 minute ride to a small offsite lot. When we entered there were 2 other couples that were quite upset. We carry full coverage insurance policies through Geico. In addition, we have rental car insurance through our Chase card which we used to reserve the rental. Priceless informed us that our coverage (along with EVERYONE who came in) was not adequate and that we were required to purchase their coverage for an additional $35 a day. In addition, they wanted $25 A DAY for "toll road coverage". We did NOT need that but they said we were required to have it. There were 4 other groups that arrived with us and NOT ONE OF THE CUSTOMERS THAT WALKED IN THERE LEFT WITH A VEHICLE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! I scheduled this rental through Expedia and it was the worse experience ever!! The price stated on Expedia was only partial the amount the dealership charges. I was charged an additional $215 for tollway access plus hidden fees and $250 deposit. The car I requested was not available so they gave me the only vehicle they stated they had, which was dirty and had several service lights that needed immediate attention. I had no choice but to take the car because we had no other way to get to our final destination. The car was dirty and the employee stated it would not give me any issues because the service lights were from an oil change and no reset done afterwards. I eventually found that the engine light was on because the gas cap was missing. The man driving the shuttle was so courteous and friendly. 5stars for him- wish I caught his name both times. Thats where the customer service stopped though.
