We have been going here for years, owner has always been a bit rough and has a standoff-ish attitude. The other ladies are very freindly and nice. After today's appointment she said our dogs are too disruptive and to never come back. We did have a slip up at the last appointment and made the mistake of bringing both of our dogs in at the same time. That was the only time. We have always been prompt, never did a "no-show" and always paid for several visits in advance and have always been flexible when she had scheduling conflictts. Good customers have no value here. As busy as she is, she frequently finds the time to complain about her other customers. I guess we will now be the topic of conversation with her customers. read more

Very impressed after picking my dog up today! Met with the staff a few days ago and set up an appointment they were so nice to me and my pup! They listened to what we wanted and after 4 hours of love and care my Nay looks like a completely younger and different dog! She's so happy to she had a lot of fur and it can be a handful because she's part Pom part American Eskimo. They're priced amazing too! We have been taking our Westie to Pride and Groom for nearly two years. I our opinion they do a great job working in a difficult building to meet the needs of their clientele. Give them a try. I've been taking my Japenese Chins to this groomer for the last 12 years. They have reasonable rates and I've always been pleased with the quality of the grooming. I don't know why the other reviews on here are negative, because the owner of this shop has always been friendly to us. My Chins are always excited to visit this groomer. They are really good about squeezing you in last minute. But sometimes you'll have to wait hours. And the dogs are kept in crates (which I'm not crazy about, but that's just a personal thing) but they do a good job grooming and in always satisfied with the results. read more

We've been taking our two Bernese Mountain Dogs to Pride & Groom for the past few years and they always do a superb job. The dogs always come out happy, clean and smelling great! I especially like how accommodating they are for us for our many last minute appointments and can often call a day or two ahead and they manage to fit us in. read more

I own a dog who must get groomed every 6 weeks. I decided to try out this HORRIFIC business! What a mistake.After my dog sat in a crate for 5 hours he still had not gotten the haircut I scheduled him for. I was then blamed for their schedule. Apparently it was my fault they couldn't schedule properly. At one point she had the nerve to show me her schedule book and say with a witch attitude see what I am dealing with! I then informed her if she was that busy she should have scheduled me another day. I couldn't believe this. How is this MY fault? I was never given an apology just excuses, attitude and more blaming me. I was in complete shock. Since this was my first time there I would have expected them to try and retain my business. As small business owners we go out of our way to support other small businesses. I left crying, shaking and horribly upset. I paid $40 for a dog bath when he needed a haircut. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay for a haircut. NEVER EVER EVER use this business. read more

I have taken my precious little one to her for about 4 years and i don't know what's happening with her business but she's losing it. She's overbooking, she's doing something that i think is unethical but i can't say what it is as i don't want to cause any problems for myself but it's sad. I used to take my baby girl in every 6 to 8 weeks for a full groom. The owner was so polite, took time to find out how i wanted the cut, any allergies etc. She offered advice for some health concerns i had etc. but she quit being that person, which was fine as she was never rude or anything but then i got tired of her having all dogs come in around 10am and yours may not get done til 6pm! That means they are in a crate all day long without going potty, eating etc. Also, she never verified shots or flea records for any dogs i've seen go in and i do not want mine exposed even though she's protected. I still think you should ask your clients like PetSmart does. In fact, at PetSmart you have to show proof that your dog is current on all vaccines. So sad to say, i'm rating Pride & Groom with a low score of a 1 out of 5 stars :( I now have to go elsewhere. I just can't stand lying and cheating on taxes and such things...... read more
