Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

Now he refuses and tries to blame me for helping him while he was trying to install the shower door. We have used him before this and didn't have a problem but it doesn't take long for some people to show their true colors. I wouldn't recommend this person. When something went wrong he didn't honor his word nor take any accountability. Too many other choices. We are not bitter people we just don't like others who are totally disingenuous and take advantage of others like dis to my wife and I.

I manage over 25 LTR & STR properties and was hopeful that I might have found my go-to company based on the recommendations I received for AZ Maintenance. I received quotes for work to be done on 2 properties. Not a huge job ($3000) but a solid variety of tasks that allowed me to see if this is an experienced company that can do the jobs well and reliably (installing ceiling fans, bathroom exhaust fans, weather-stripping exterior doors, tightening a few loose toilets). They said that it would take 4 days to complete our job. So I waited 3 weeks until they could scheduled us in. At the end of the 4 days, this was what was completed: 1 ceiling fan installed in a bedroom. Nothing else. 4 days to install a ceiling fan? The injury to insult was the total lack of communication from the office. Not one single email, text or phone call after I left multiple messages as to what the status of our job was. We had tenants moving in the following week so I sent an detailed email to cancel and explained what went so terribly wrong with this job. No reply. Just an invoice for the 1 ceiling fan. I found a different handyman who singlehandedly completed the entire scope of work in 2 days! without complaint or fanfare and $840 cheaper. He is now my go-to guy for all my repairs and remodeling jobs.

Always responsive on his quotes, we send photos via text, and he responds usually in less than an hour! Best price, definitely more than fair price for the top notch, guaranteed quality. This job, as all the others, was done meticulously. He cleaned out the crack, installed drywall screws and mesh, applied coats of mud and texture, then cleaned up well. Provided instructions on how to sand, prime and paint including photos of the the best primer and recommended sanding block. Scott focuses on his work, completes it quickly and it is perfection. Would never use anyone else for drywall work.

I gave Michael only a couple of days, and he did not fail to impress. Not only did he repair the cabinet door, but he also went above and beyond. I asked him to fix a window screen and pick up an AC filter, and he took care of everything without issue. Saved me time and money not having to look for a replacement door, fixing the window screen, and looking for a filter.
