She also made a confusing comment about "main" procedures being covered, but when I followed up on that, she changed her wording and broke it down in a way that felt condescending. As someone new to the office, I didn't feel welcomed or respected. I genuinely wanted to schedule here because of the many positive reviews, but my interaction with the front desk left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this, because first impressions matter and this one made me reconsider becoming a patient. Additionally, several claims were submitted using incorrect procedure codes, which resulted in denials. These issues were not corrected or resubmitted by the office. I prepaid for services and have paid over $5,000 out of pocket. I have also confirmed the office received and cashed insurance payments, yet they continue to state I have a balance. Based on the payments made and proper application of insurance adjustments, my account should reflect an overpayment. Instead, they have not reconciled the account and have not issued a refund. At this point, it appears they are attempting to collect payment from both me and my insurance for the same services, which raises serious concerns about double billing. I was also told that billing my insurance was being done as a "courtesy" and that I would need to handle denials myself, which does not align with expectations for an in-network provider.
