Maybe it was legit but the BIGGIST ISSUE I have with them is the 11% they charge for using a credit card. I couldn't have gone to the bank to get cash because my car was there overnight. Besides, I'd have to transfer from a non brick and mortar financial institution to Bank of America and that can't be done on short notice. They wouldn't take a check which was as good as cash (I had it in the bank) so I paid $341 for the 11% credit card (sur charge?) It should be illegal. I've used them in the past, but NEVER AGAIN.

The manager (perhaps Jay) quoted a price that was not much greater than either separate service. Jay's stated my repair immediately. I was there less than an hour. I walked the neighborhood during the hour (magnificent, historic trees, well worth seeing). Fellow customers were driving a Mercedes and a Bentley (ie, upscale clientele). At the end of the hour, the pretty receptionist was friendly. She gave me a written guarantee that I expected to use within the next few days. To my surprise and delight, the wheel has held its air for a month. No guarantee needed. What would I do differently? My wheel does have a rash. Somehow, I expected the crack and dent repairs to include cosmetic rehabilitation and perhaps even a sponge bath. If I had a do over, I would ask Jay's for the additional cost of curb-rash repair and a thorough cleaning.

I suppose to have a warrant but they said it only cover certain parts of the tires lol. When I got the tires I asked for tires that have a very thick rubber. I found out that the store put low profile tires on my my car. I barely drives the car and I was just wondering why I was have soooo many problem. Now mind you that I just purchase them in July and it just November.one day the front driver side tire went flat for no reason at all. We spent $20 dollar to have the tire looked at and put back on the car. Next the tire got a spilt in it for no reason, next the front tire was Rubbing up against the inner fender of the car and lastly they said I cause the spilt in the tire and my warranty didn't over it because I ran over something which cause the cut on the side of the tire right below the rim and it wasn't in the side of the tire went I took it to them to look at. Every time I took my car back to this shop they came up with so many SORRY EXCUSES!!!!. From Now on I will give my business to someone that don't think I am out to get something for nothing and that is willing to help me instead of second guessing my Motive. They never offer to pay me the $20 dollars back for the tire going flat no reason, they never offer me anything but excuses, after excuse.Also I had problem with one of the rims and they said they order the part and it took them a whole month to fix that. When I got the rims, I notice the problem the next day and I took it back to them right away. I asked can I just get a new one and the assure me that they could do they!!!! But they could order me a part. Like I said it took a whole month. They have the worst customer service when it come to helping there customer and they don't even try to resolved the problem in a timely manner.

A week or so ago I had called about the price of an alignment. I was told over the phone one price then in person the price had rose by five dollars. Not really a problem but I would prefer more consistency.
