The service from Cindy was 5 stars, and I do believe FlexCar is actively improving and now providing 5 star service, with a very clear difference in service from a couple months ago when I purchased my truck. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to them now! Update: bought truck in April. It's now July and they still haven't held up their end of the deal. No tires yet. And can't get ahold of them. They won't return texts or calls. Bought a truck from them 7 weeks ago. They still haven't held up their end of the deal by putting a new set of tires on the truck. Truck has been great, and it was a great price. Besides the tires, the biggest area of improvement would be timeliness. Two trips to their dealer to get everything dealt with and both trips spent 2-3 hours in their office.

We contacted Langley Toyota by phone and worked out a tentative arrangement. We returned the truck and purchased a 2026 Toyota BX Limited. We are more than happy with the price and although we have never owned an electric vehicle before, the staff were extremely patient and helpful in getting us on the road with this beautiful car. I recently purchased a truck from them for $30,000 cash! To avoid costly financing, and was told the truck was in pristine condition "I'll be extremely happy with the purchase" within a week I found out the truck was leaking oil everywhere over my new driveway so I got it inspected Buy a licensed diesel mechanic shop And they told me that the truck repairs would be a minimum of $25,000 and that the truck should've been written off and never have been sold. They also informed me that Norman mortar group intended to hide the issues with the truck with fresh undercoating and greasing all the problem parts. Now I need to seek legal action and sue Norman Motor Group to get my money back because they refuse to cooperate and do the right thing and give me my money back. I read another review on their Better Business Bureau Account that matches mine . So this isn't the first time that they've done this to innocent, hard-working people. I'm extremely disappointed in this company. (Especially over the Christmas holidays) If you can avoid purchasing a vehicle from here, I would highly suggest going somewhere else. Trust me walk away. And before they comment their general lie on this post, I have all the proof and documentation to back up my statements.

I had purchased it from Preston's so I decided to take it in to them for repair service. After booking an appointment , the woman I spoke to told me that I would need to speak to my sales person to discuss any form of compensation. An email to Henry and he championed my case to the sales manager who took care of everything. The complete diagnosis and repair took over a week and I was provided with a 2017 Canyon PU as a courtesy vehicle no fuss no muss! A 5 star, A++ business to do business with!

So I decided to stop in the service bays to speak with a service writer. Pulled in and asked if they had a designated EV service writer and the guy looked up from his cell phone and said...."what". Told him I needed to schedule service and he pointed to the office and said "the girls can schedule for you". Went inside and they were clueless about my warranty needs and suggested I speak with the service writer.... Seriously seems this dealership is going out of their way to disappoint potential customers. Never been there before, and never going back.
