I have dealt with many contractors over the years and I have to say I understand why Prime Concrete can receive a 5 star rating. Ben came to my house to give me an estimate when it was convenient for me and in a quick time frame. I explained to him what I was looking for in a job for a new extended porch and new walkways around the front of the house.
