    Fuller Stone repair in action
    JoAnn M.

Fuller Stone repaired my broken granite counter top. It was severely creaked with a deep hole in front of my kitchen sink. Thought I would have to replace the granite sink top. Fuller saved my granite with a beautiful repair. The repair was finished the same day and they left my kitchen spotless. Thanks Larry and staff for saving my kitchen. I would highly recommend their services.

Outdoor kitchen island restored back to its sleek dark grey

Superb work by Larry and crew. From the initial quote to scheduling and finally a finished project, we couldn't be more happy. The team was knowledgeable and friendly. The team delivered exactly what we wanted. They restored our surfaces back to when they were brand new.

    Cracked granite kitchen countertop

Hired Fuller Stone Care to repair cracked granite countertop. Interviewed a few contractors but Larry was the first to explain the cause - metal rods installed during fabrication along kitchen sink rails. Once exposed to water, the rods rusted, expanded and cracked the granite. Larry's permanent solution involved removing the rods and re-caulking the kitchen sink. Other contractors offered to simply fill the cracks which would only be temporary; cracks will continue to grow and resurface as long as rods remained in place. Fuller Stone Care technicians arrived on time, were professional and even showed me how to re-caulk in the future. Their experience and skill were top notch. Granite countertop looks good with repairs barely noticeable. I highly recommend Fuller Stone Care - excellent work, fair pricing and good customer service.

We had our pavers installed 14 years ago. I was never really happy with the way they turned out as far as the color. They looked kinda dusty and faded compared to when I picked them out at the building supply. Anyway fast forward to a couple days ago. Larry's guys did and amazing job and they look like new, better than when they were first installed. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fuller Stone Care again. Highly recommend!

Larry and Josh know their product well. The pricing is a little of a sticker shock, but once you see the finished product. You'll be happy. I went for the "wet look". They powerewashed, removed and replaced the special sand in the paver joints. Great workmanship and I appreciate the job well done.

They brought back to life our papers brought all the color back out like when they were when we put jacuzzi in and pavers

EEXTREMELY Happy with final results of coping and pavers. VERY professional company! Larry replied very fast to all texts and emails. Got estimate very fast and they were able to start very shortly after. His crew showed up daily and on time and worked til 5...entire crew cleaned up, very polite ! The price was worth the great job. You get what you pay for! Remember that!...highly recommend! Larry and Josh are great as well as Michael and the crew...you won't be Dissatisfied..

    Before

We had Fuller Stone Care repair the granite behind our kitchen sink faucette. We had no expectations of anything near the gorgeous work they completed. Their service was above and beyond just filling the gaps. They proved themselves to be artists. They said they were able to rebuild it so completely because we had all the pieces of the water damaged granite. They were well worth the cost, as we were thrilled with the result. We requested repair service but got so much more. They were courteous and punctual. We would highly recommend Fuller Stone Care.

What really stands out about them is their honesty; they're very clear about what can and cannot be fixed, which I really appreciated. No unrealistic promises, just straightforward communication. The quality of their bathtub reglazing work is great, and they genuinely stand by it. When there was a minor issue with peeling, they came back promptly and repaired it without any pushback. That level of accountability is rare and speaks volumes about their integrity. They're also very nice and attentive. Communication was easy, they were responsive to questions, and you can tell they actually care about doing the job right and making sure you're satisfied. If you're looking specifically for bathtub reglazing and want a company that's professional, honest, and dependable, I highly recommend Simply Reglaze. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Also, the technician didn't speak English that well, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I wasn't expecting this since usually companies will just take your money and disappear but apparently if you just tell this company about it, they'll try to make it right. I took a few weeks to do a back and forth with them about the work that would be done, and they were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing. The front office was awesome with scheduling and answering questions. The same technician was assigned to the fixes, but I requested a different technician be assigned and they obliged. The new tech did a good job, and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There was some overspray again, but not a huge deal as the black spots and the exposed part of the tub were properly addressed. I found out that one of the issues I originally had (the black spots) were caused by my shower leaking and water dropped onto the glaze as it was drying. Seems like the first tech didn't put a cover over my shower head, but this new tech did. He also spoke English better than the other tech, so no translation app was needed. During this second fix-up visit, the owner himself came on-site to make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. It seems even if they do mess up, they'll eventually fix it. If the second tech was the one who did the work first, this would be a 5* review.

There were lots of different folks required (each expert) at their own area for the above work, but I did feel like they each knew what the other was doing and I was kept up to date by either the owners or my service rep. I also like that they are a small business - I felt my project was important to them even though it was not the "biggest" (especially since I broke it into 2 phases for my own budget planning). This outfit was understaffed, showed poor planning, poor judgement, unprofessional job standards, and poor clean-up. The good news is they fixed all the problems ... well, mostly. The bad news is that there were just so many problems, causing endless delays. Staff was not available; planning was improvised and sloppy (requiring work to be redone again and again); work quality was indifferent. In the end I had to finish the clean-up, and I'm still fishing loose steel screws out of the cabinet shelves. Delays turned the promised 3-day job into 8 working days spread over two weeks, leaving us with no kitchen and a house mess for much longer than we planned. In the end, we got our kitchen cabinets resurfaced, and it looks fine. But what a frustrating, amateur road we travelled to get there. Cannot recommend this outfit.

The granite turned out beautiful but the grout/caulk had to be redone because the gal used the wrong color. The shower and bathroom floor turned into a huge fiasco. This area was supposed to be cleaned and only repair to the grout. Antonella re-grouted (maybe it is caulking - I don't know) my bathroom floor in brown it was supposed to be grey. Then she grouted over parts of my shower in brown and left other parts grey (in her defense it was hard to differentiate when it was wet) but it did not need grouting only cleaning and it was the wrong color which was very obvious when it dried. Then she told me I could get the caulking wet for 4 days when I was originally told 24 hours (I have 1 bathroom). Within 24 hours the grout on the bathroom floor started crumbling in places -cI was told it was because I stepped on the bathroom tiles when I used the toilet, however it also crumbled in areas where the tiles were not stepped on (BTW I weigh 126lbs). Anyway, I contacted April at the office she had Izzy call me he came out and made sure things were grouted throughout and he was very apologetic and kind. This cost me $700 + $200 for the granite. My bathroom is super small -it is a toilet and a tub/shower...the vanity is in a separate room. I feel like I could have done a better job DIY'ing it for a lot less money. If you have granite I recommend this company. For anything else - I say go somewhere else. Also, do not trust what is written up at the sale, go over every detail with the person actually doing the work and don't leave the room - micro-manage the job - otherwise you might get my results. I attached photos. Take a look. I'm giving a 3 rating because the company responded quickly to my concern and Izzy came out and did his best to rectify the original poor workmanship - but be aware of the ethical standards some employees may have relating to their workmanship. I will not hire this company in the future - I would replace over repair.
