It was time to touch up our driveway 5 yrs after Julio did a magnificent job transforming our dull and uninspired concrete. And just as delightfully surprising was that Julio was still there! so my driveway looks just like it did after. Highly recommended if you need granite repair. They were able to come out within a couple of days, and repaired a crack about 8 inches long along kitchen countertop. I ended up staining my unsealed quartzite really badly. Called a bunch of stone guys and no one could really give me an answer. One guy even quoted me like 3600 to refinish and seal my countertops woth no guarantee of getting thr stain out. Found Fuller Stone Care and Larry just gave me some advice on what to do. He didn't take advantage of my ignorance of stone and try to sell me on overpriced services I didn't need and he didn't ignore me. Hired Fuller Stone Care to repair cracked granite countertop. Interviewed a few contractors but Larry was the first to explain the cause - metal rods installed during fabrication along kitchen sink rails. Once exposed to water, the rods rusted, expanded and cracked the granite. Larry's permanent solution involved removing the rods and re-caulking the kitchen sink. Other contractors offered to simply fill the cracks which would only be temporary; cracks will continue to grow and resurface as long as rods remained in place. Fuller Stone Care technicians arrived on time, were professional and even showed me how to re-caulk in the future. Their experience and skill were top notch. We had Fuller Stone Care come out and stain our pool concrete deck that was botched by another company. Customer service was excellent. They explained in detail what needed to be done. They promptly sent over a bid and it was a reasonable quote. Fair, competitive price. The crew arrived on the first day and did all the prep work. Prior they did stain samples on the deck so we could choose a color. Kudos to the guys doing all the prep work. They stripped everything and pressured wash the concrete. Excellent craftsmanship and customer service! I can't say enough good things about Larry and his team at Fuller Stone Care. They were very responsive and courteous. They wrote up an estimate for each area I wanted treated so I could pick and choose, staying within my budget. Larry and team are honest and up front. Larry caught an error in the estimate while he was going over it with me and immediately corrected it. Had he not been honest, I would never have figured it out! Imagine how thrilled I was to find out it would cost less than I had expected! First, the interior team cleaned and sealed my travertine floor. Prior to treatment, my 17 year old floor had yellowed and any liquid easily seeped into the porous stone. Cleaning and re-sealing the floor has made it look brand new. I've also noticed it is very resistant to liquid now. I accidentally cut my finger and was mortified to notice a drop of blood was on the floor about 10 minutes after I had bandaged my finger. The drop wiped right off and did not leave a mark! This was not my experience with the last stone care company that cleaned the floor (and that I never hired again). A month later I am still amazed at how good my floor looks! Next, the exterior team worked on my backyard. They cleaned the exterior travertine, stained and re-sealed the spa caps and concrete. My backyard looks great! They are truly artists they way they layer color making everything look beautiful. I had a few areas with bad water deposits so they came out a second time to touch up those areas and make sure they looked good post stain application. Larry, Caesar and Juan all went above and beyond to help me fix my concrete. I had brand new concrete installed and it was ruined only a week later when someone was trying to get sap off the new concrete using muriatic acid. I spent so much financially on my concrete and within a week it was ruined. I looked online and called Fuller Stone Care. Larry called me back immediately and after talking with him, I knew I could trust them to do the best job and that they ran their business with integrity and care for the client. He was very honest and up front and told me they would try the least expensive option first but it may not solve the issue. But he was willing to try. Within a week his team came out and did a few test spots first and it looked great so they finished the entire project. I woke up this morning to a beautiful finish to my new concrete. After doing extensive research, and getting several quotes, I went with Fuller Stone Care. Their bid was fair (not the cheapest), but my goal was to contract someone I KNEW would do the job right, and I'm thrilled with the end result - a wise investment. The process kicked off with Larry Fuller who was prompt and honest with his initial quote. There were even a few small things that Larry suggested against. On the day of the job, the 3-man crew showed up exactly as scheduled. As I was at work, my dad was the onsite point person. He said Julio, Michael, and Danal were all polite, and meticulous in their work detail, true professionals. The project was to wet sand and re polish/grout the 16 marble stairs in my entryway. After a full day on the job my stairs were back to their original sheen, and the etching spots were gone, just like new again. Better yet, the earlier grout job was a tad sloppy, but the Fuller crew nailed it, with no excess residue left behind. When we moved into our home, we decided to install beautiful white and gray carrara marble countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms. We were warned about marble's finicky and sensitive nature, but we loved the look so much we decided to forge ahead. Our marble gave us 3 good years (or rather, we ignored it for 3 years) and finally decided it was time to do a basic check up: cleaning, re-sealing and getting out the stains and scratches that had accumulated. I looked around and got quotes from a few different companies. Fuller Stone was not the cheapest quote, but they were the most friendly, the most responsive, and the most responsible. By that I mean: Larry is prompt, responsive and communicative; their technicians called me 10-15 minutes before arrival so I know when to expect them; they did a thorough inspection before providing a quote; the technicians put booties on their feet and took steps to prep the area and clean up after themselves; they were courteous and always on time. Best of all, we were beyond happy with the finished product. Our marble looked even better than when it was first installed brand new! Fast forward to a few weeks ago... I laid some sourdough on parchment paper on my marble countertop to dry. I had no idea that the drying dough would result in permanent stains and etches into the marble in a 12" by 10" area. I freaked out and tried to clean it myself, to no avail. Finally, I took some pictures and sent them to Larry. He responded promptly. He told me that even though this is a small project, he would have a technician come by on a date that worked with my schedule. The technician, Julio, was prompt (as always, calling before arriving). He was polite and cautious. It took him about 2 hours to fix the area and I know it was a tough job because he had to use their top-of-the line tools to do it. Julio told me he wouldn't give up until it was fixed and it looks brand new again. Larry charged me such a small amount for restoring this area that it almost feels unfair. Fuller Stone has definitely earned my trust and I will keep using them as long as I have my beautiful carrara marble counters. read more

This is my second review for Fuller Stone Care. Three years ago I had FSC power wash and seal my flagstone. Their completion of this job was an excellent experience and I posted a review at that time on Yelp. Recently, in July 2024 I made an appointment to reseal my flagstone. Once again, they performed a very thorough job. The flagstone now appears so refreshed and like new. They notified me the day of job what time they would arrive. They were at my house on time and spent 2 days power washing then resealing all my flagstone. Again, an excellent job was performed and I am very happy with the results. Larry, the owner kept in touch every step of the way. As I was not on sight, I very much appreciated his updates. In addition I asked if two steps, which had chipped away, could be repaired, as well. He sent over a gentleman, Dave Pratt, to repair and re- grout the chipped steps. Dave not only repaired the two chipped steps, but in addition, Dave did an excellent job matching the new color grout to the older color. In closing, Fuller Stone Care continues to be very motivated in performing a job well done. The staff answering the phone were always pleasant and accommodating, as well.
