Wanting a concrete patio with brick borders, I obtained three quotes for this job. I chose Pete as his quote was very competitive and I felt I could trust him with the work. On the first day, Pete and his team arrived on time, began the excavation to level my backyard, removing the existing bricks, rocks, artificial grass, plants, etc. Over the next two days, the frames were built for the concrete and the bricks were laid. On the fourth day, the truck arrived to pour the concrete. On the last day, Pete returned to complete the final touch-ups. The entire project was completed on time and according to schedule. A few weeks later, while preparing the soil around the new patio for planting shrubs, I discovered a large rock in the middle of the planting area. Since I didn't have the tools to break it up, I called Pete. He came by the next day with a jackhammer and broke up the rock for me--at no charge. As you can see the driveway gas a deluxe diamond pattern that turned out awesome and didn't cost any extra. Garage is so smooth and we'll done. Don't use this contractor. Pita made an appointment with me on Friday - was a no show. Called me Sunday to meet with me, reluctantly I allowed him to come give an estimate. Pita was very unprofessional and rude. We asked for an estimate on the apron said it was $6100 which includes the permit which he said was $2200. Kept asking my dad and I to follow him to another house so he could show us what he did over there with their apron. We didn't go to see the other house but asked if we could get an estimate on the driveway. Pita responded, "Do you have money for that?" Not a great way to get business. Just because we weren't dressed up doesn't mean we don't have money. Glad he already had other jobs to work on because he won't be getting any business from me. --- Just called me and left me a nasty voicemail cursing me out and threatening me.
