I sent her a text to let her know I needed to cancel due to transportation. Susie being the compassionate soul she is offered to come pick me up! Talk about the personal touch of a family business. I had a wonderful experience with synergy and Susie. We talked, we laughed and I didn't have to move a muscle during my mani and pedi which was a game changer for a clumsy person like me. In general, the paint job wasn't great, almost see through when I requested opaque. The prices are simply too high for a manicure that doesn't last a day. Now, to the customer service, the conversation was great! The staff was very friendly, the warm neck pillow and blanket were pleasant surprises during my pedicure. I was given a bottle upon arrival and great arm and leg messages as part of the manicure and pedicure. The massage was not the best I've ever had, but no complaints, and again great service that made me feel comfortable and cared for. Ultimately, if you're looking for a relaxing experience with friendly folks this place is a winner, if you need a manicure that looks good and lasts you may need to look elsewhere.

I tend to get a bit nervous going to new salons since I've had some bad blonde-ing experiences, but Carol (with some great help from her daughter) was absolutely amazing!!! She evened out a few bands I had from a previous stylist, and got me to an amazing, even platinum color (from very dark brown hair). What was even more impressive was she did this in 2 hours flat - typically I spend twice that long in the salon to do the same thing. With 40 years of experience, Carol is a rock star stylist. She gave my partner a stellar haircut as well, and both together were for a super affordable price. Everyone in the salon was really friendly, and it was a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. $250 for hair color and it was a mess!…read more My daughter had her hair colored by Gloria, the owner of this salon. She asked for an all over hair color slightly darker than what her hair color was then. When she was finished, my daughter had dye stains all along the hairline edge and dripping down the side of her face by her ears. When she asked about the stains, Gloria told her that she didn't want to wipe it off because it would remove the color from the roots. I have had my hair colored for decades and never had the stains all over my face like she received. The color was darker than she had requested also. To make matters worse she charged $250.00!!! We were shocked by such a ridiculous fee and the only explanation given was that it was corrective color, which my daughter never asked for, and that she had long hair. I still do not understand the corrective color aspect because she had extremely healthy hair with some highlights and she told Gloria she didn't need anything special done to even them out. I left a message expressing our displeasure with the services performed and quality of work and did not receive a call back. A few days later I called again and spoke to the owner's husband who was rude to me. I am sure they never would have returned my first call and it was clear from what he immediately said to me, that they had no interest in trying to make any accommodations to please us. I filed a dispute with my credit card company over the inflated price and the owner's husband told me they would handle it with the credit card company, "like they have done many times in the past and that it would come out in their favor." He was smug and rude and it sounded like they have gone through this process in the past, and that should be a red flag right there. It is extremely disappointing to me that in a customer service based business that the owners were not the least bit interested in trying to make sure their customer had a positive experience or received a service they were pleased with. I would put a rating of zero stars if possible.

She does amazing work with Reiki (where else can you get your hair done AND have a fantastic healing treatment)? She made sure I was happy with my cut and blowout every step of the way from the water temp, layers length and to final styling. Hope did an amazing job! My hair feels rejuvenated and soft. She was very personable and thoughtful with her recommendations when I inquired which products would be best for my hair. Bonus they gave me a goodie bag to go full of Bumble and bumble samples.
